-here's what he says for beginners Gareth Bale : ok so first I find the valve in the boll I place it to wear in a min I'm gonna basically hit the ball right on the valve then you obviously pick the side of the goal or if you want yo do right at the keeper wherever you'r position the border to where you want to strike it then usually take four steps back and then usually slightly to the right and you kind of see where keepers and pretty much focus here where you kind of want to put the ball and obviously when you're running up keep focused on the point that you want to hit the main thing for me now is when I do pick my spot and run up to the ball is I hit the ball pretty much al flat as possible with no spin open your foot writer the main thing is you hit the ball exactly where he wanted to right in the middle you try and hit it so you're not curling the ball or hitting him like a kind of the same as a knuckleball you want to get the flight is where the ball is moving over and making it difficult for the keep I think with the follow-through you want to kind of keep your body kind of up tall and not let it's like as your foot usually makes the Boston so if you're keeping your whole body in the line then you get that straight follow through wich will put no spin on the ball hopefully then the ball exactly where you wanted to it can go left it depends whhere the wind and with the air moves the ball because it's not spinning and hopefully it goes in exactly what you wanted to the problem where it goes wrong you need to hit in such a precise point where you need to write dad in the center of the board doesn't move if you have slightly to the left the port is going to start curling so it doesn't work I thing for me the most important thing is when you stood over a free kick whether it be the first of the last minutes is you a hundred percent commit to what you doing I think if you don't commit to it and you don't fully go for it then then you're not doing the technique that you've been practicing in training and spent hours doing on the training field and when you go through the routine exactly what you've been taught yourself and commit to it then usually you trust in your ability and eight times out of 10 you kind of get the board to where you want to go....Like this video and Share with your friends and don't forget to Subscribe to my channel :)

Includes exclusive new filmed interviews with Swindon legends Barry Briggs, Mike Broadbank and Martin Ashby, plus footage of Leigh Adams' last rides at The Abbey Stadium in October 2010. Other action includes colour cine footage of Briggo's debut for the Robins at Oxford in 1964, league action from the visit to West Ham in 1966 and other clips of Swindon racing at home and away. Former rider Barry Duke allowed us to use his home movie clips of him riding for Swindon against Belle Vue, Halifax and Wimbledon, while he talks us through some two-valve Jawa machine maintenance in a unique nostalgia feature. Respected Swindon historian and author Glynn Shailes pays tribute to his all-time top 25 favourite Robins. In addition from the obvious legends, including the above named quartet, he recalls his dear friend, the late Bob Kilby, plus Phil Crump, Jason Crump, Neil Street, Bob Jones, George Craig, Mick Mitchell, Reg Lambourne, Ian Williams, George White, Ken Middleditch, Clive Hitch, Barry Duke, Mac Woolford, Mike Keen, Ernie Lessiter, Danny Malone, Geoff Bouchard, Jimmy Nilsen, Brian Karger and Darryl Ritchings.
