BMX racing coaching!!
Race BMX coaching with @Smileysflightclub and a load of national level BMX racers at the National Cycling Centre, Manchester!!! Worked on gate technique - better body position, looking up and attacking the pedals out from the gate. Worked lots on cornering and taking the inside line and also worked hard on pumping. This was the BEST coaching session Harley has ever had on his race BMX... he came away eager to learn more and wanting to get faster. Watch this space for more bike racing in 2024... Harleys asking to do more of it!!! Turning 5 has been a huge turning point for Harley in terms of wanting to learn and in him being much more clear on what he wants to do and what he wants to learn... and we love it!!! #bmx #racebike #bmxracing #enjoytheride #shortswithcamilla

WE ARE BACK IN THE @Premier League you little beauties!!!! What a 48 hours!!!!! We started off with some light training for me after my injury niggle, then on to winding Will up and back to the hotel after a trim from my man J from 'Appearance' in Watford. Check him out on insta @jtcuts_ Settling down for the night in the hotel then an early start on matchday. The golfers were golfing, the sun shining and most importantly.... Watford were winning their way back to the Prem. A match day prediction from @TBJZL who is also 1/7 of the @Sidemen and an absolute ledge!!!!!! A bit of Coundown with El Capitan - Clevs then a 20 mins drive to the Vic!
