Race BMX coaching with @Smileysflightclub and a load of national level BMX racers at the National Cycling Centre, Manchester!!! Worked on gate technique - better body position, looking up and attacking the pedals out from the gate. Worked lots on cornering and taking the inside line and also worked hard on pumping. This was the BEST coaching session Harley has ever had on his race BMX... he came away eager to learn more and wanting to get faster. Watch this space for more bike racing in 2024... Harleys asking to do more of it!!!
