Why the Texas Rangers SHOULD DRAFT SS, Jordan Lawlar with the #2 overall pick?

In this video, I discuss if the Texas Rangers should draft shortstop Jordan Lawlar with the #2 overall pick in the draft. Jordan Lawlar is a local Texas product from Jesuit High School, and he is committed to Vanderbilt. He is not only one of the best high school players in the draft, but just one of the best players in the draft as well. The Rangers have gone under-slot in the first round for the past couple of years, and I don't think the Lawlar would take under-slot money. The Rangers have also taken college bats in the first round for the past two years, so if that were the case then catcher Henry Davis might make so sense. Enjoy!
