The pair impressed with the bat as the home side overcame Kent Spitfires by 47 runs with 13 balls to spare at the Cooper Associates County Ground. Somerset were put in to bat and having slipped to 53 for three, Abell led the recovery with 68 off 33 balls whilst 20-year-old Goldsworthy made a career-best 48.
