This time the team of KL Rahul's Lucknow Super Giants was standing in front of Shreyas Iyer's Kolkata Knight Riders. In this hair-raising match, Lucknow captain KL Rahul won the toss and elected to bat first and invited Kolkata to bowl first. After that, with the intention of raining runs, two stalwarts of Lucknow and two opener batsmen running in excellent form came into the field. There was a huge responsibility to give. But in this big match, Quinton de Kock and Lucknow captain Lokesh Rahul started this innings explosively for their team. This pair of Quinton de Kock and Lokesh Rahul started playing big shots on the Kolkata bowlers as soon as they came. Especially friends Quinton de Kock was seen in very dangerous form in this match. Lokesh Rahul, who was supporting him, was also seen in excellent form. Kolkata captain Shreyas Iyer was trying his best to dismiss this opening pair of Quinton de Kock and Lokesh Rahul. But no bowler from Kolkata was able to break this opening pair of Lucknow. Shreyas Iyer was constantly making changes in the bowling. But this opening pair of Lucknow was not taking the name of getting out. Meanwhile, Quinton de Kock, who was batting in excellent form, completed his half-century. Behind him, Lucknow captain Lokesh Rahul also completed his half-century. Both were seen in excellent form in this match. After scoring a half-century, Quinton de Kock had become the biggest problem for the Kolkata team. Because Quinton de Kock was now hitting fours and sixes continuously. Due to this excellent batting of Quinton de Kock, Quinton de Kock also completed his historic century in this exciting match. Quinton de Kock was batting at almost the strike rate of others in this match. This pair of Quinton de Kock and Lokesh Rahul took 27 runs in this over of Team Southee who came to bowl the 19th over of the innings. These two batsmen from Lucknow had increased the pressure on the Kolkata bowlers very much. Because till the last over of the innings, the bowlers of Kolkata did not take a single wicket of Lucknow. But chasing this big target, Kolkata's opening pair could not last long in front of Lucknow's bowling and Mohsin Khan, who came to bowl the first over of the innings, caught Venkatesh Iyer at the hands of Quinton de Kock on the fourth ball of his over. Got it done. Venkatesh Iyer was dismissed without opening the account. After Venkatesh Iyer was dismissed, now Nitish Rana came out to bat for Kolkata. Caught out at the hands of captain Lokesh Rahul. Abhishek Tomar was dismissed for just 4 runs in 8 balls. Chasing such a big target, both the opener batsmen of Kolkata were now out, due to which the entire pressure was now on the Kolkata team. And started playing big shots on the bowlers of Lucknow. Especially friends Nitish Rana was seen in excellent form in this match. Nitish Rana was hitting fours and sixes on every bowler of Lucknow. Due to which now the pressure was increasing on the captain of Lucknow somewhere. Kolkata captain Shreyas Iyer also had the biggest part in this explosive innings of Nitish Rana. Shreyas Iyer was also playing well with Nitish Rana. The pair of Nitish Rana and Shreyas Iyer batted almost till the seventh over of the innings and took their team to 65 runs. But then Krishnapa Gautam, who came to bowl the eighth over of the innings, got the set-up Nitish Rana caught by Marcus Stoinis. Nitish Rana was dismissed after scoring 42 runs in 22 balls.

A PODFUL OF SAINTS Welcome to Series Three of ‘A Podful of Saints.’ For about 40 minutes each week during the 2021-22 season three St Albans City stalwarts spout about the goings on at Clarence Park in a completely and utterly unofficial fan podcast. Three supporters – Lee Wood, Jake Ellacott and David Tavener – are veterans of the City media department and can claim to having worked extensively in promoting the club since back in the early 1980s. Series Three Episode 45: A Tonbridge too far for Saints St Albans City’s fading 2021-22 season was finally extinguished on Saturday, 7th May, by Tonbridge Angels who, fresh from the surprise sacking of manager Steve McKimm, chalked up their first victory at Clarence Park. For City the defeat extended our dismal run to eight points from 14 games. This would suggest that a certain amount of rebuilding is required in the summer. Along with Herts Advertiser sports editor Neil Metcalfe, the regular Podders look at a number of issues from the campaign just ended ranging from what went wrong after the famous F.A. Cup win over Forest Green Rovers in front of the BBC cameras to what on earth is that shirt that Neil is wearing. The future of City manager Ian Allinson and 34-goal striker Shaun Jeffers come under the spotlight and Neil, fresh from labelling the season ‘a failure’ (FGR match excluded), explains why he believes City could have survived in the National League had promotion been achieved. And that little lot only scratches at the surface of what is discussed. Email: sacfanpod@outlook.com. HIGHLIGHTS : PBKS vs GT 16th IPL Match HIGHLIGHTS | Gujarat Titans won by 6 wkts #pbksvsgt #16thmatch #highlights In the Solway of IPL 2022 and another thrilling match, two of the biggest teams in IPL history clashed with each other. This time Hardik Pandya's Gujarat Titans team was standing in front of Mayank Agarwal's Punjab Kings, in this horrific match, Gujarat captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and decided to bowl first and Punjab team to bat first. invited. After that, with the intention of raining runs, two great opener batsmen of Punjab came into the field. This pair of Mayank Agarwal and Shikhar Dhawan had a big responsibility to give a good opening start to the Punjab team. But these two great opener batsmen of Punjab. Could not fulfill this responsibility and Punjab captain Mayank Agarwal, who came to bowl the second over of the innings, got his catch to Rashid Khan on the ball of Hardik Pandya. Mayank Agarwal was dismissed after scoring 5 runs in 9 balls. Lost in the opening over itself. Now Jonny Bairstow came to the field to bat after him and then Jonny Bairstow and Shikhar Dhawan together tried their best to handle the Punjab team after Mayank Agarwal was dismissed. But then Lockie Ferguson, who came to bowl the fifth over of the innings, got Jonny Bairstow caught by Rahul Tewatia. Jonny Bairstow got out after scoring 8 runs in 8 balls. Due to these two big blows in the opening over itself, now the Punjab team was under a bit of pressure. But now Punjab's most dangerous and in-form batsman Liam Livingstone came out to bat on the field. This pair of Shikhar Dhawan and Livingston again took over the staggering innings of Punjab. The pair of Shikhar Dhawan and Liam Livingstone got off to a slow start but once their eyes were set, the two stalwarts opened their hands. Especially K Liam Livingston appeared in dangerous form in this match. Shikhar Dhawan, who was supporting him, was also batting brilliantly. The pair of Shikhar Dhawan and Livingston batted almost till the 10th over of the innings and took their team to 86 runs. But then Rashid Khan, who came to bowl the 11th over of the innings, got Shikhar Dhawan caught by Matthew Wade. Shikhar Dhawan was dismissed after scoring 35 runs in 30 balls. After the break of the best running partnership, now somewhere again the pressure started mounting on the team of Punjab. Now after the fall of the wicket, Indian young batsman Jitesh Sharma came to the field to bat and then Liam Livingstone and Jitesh Sharma together again took over the innings of Punjab. But then as soon as they came to the field, Livingston and Jitesh Sharma started playing big shots together. Especially Indian young batsman Jitesh Sharma was batting in a dangerous manner. Meanwhile, his partner Liam Livingstone had also completed his half-century. Due to which now the problems of Gujarat captain Hardik Pandya started increasing. Because of which now the captain of Gujarat has put his young fast bowler Darshan Nalkande on the bowling and this Indian young fast bowler, as soon as he came, Jitesh Sharma, who was batting dangerously on the very first ball of the 14th over of the innings, was caught by Darshan Nalkande in the hands of Shubman Gill. Caught out. Jitesh Sharma was dismissed after scoring 23 runs in 11 balls. So on his very next ball, Darshan Nalkande also got the new batsman Odin Smith caught by Shubman Gill on his very first ball. Odine Smith was dismissed without opening the account. This young fast bowler from Gujarat had now completely pushed the Punjab team on the backfoot with his bowling. The once dangerous looking Punjab team was now completely under pressure. At one end, Liam Livingstone was batting with the set. But no one was able to play with him from the other end. But then Shahrukh Khan, who came to bat, did his best to handle the Punjab innings with Liam Livingstone for a while. But then Gujarat's best spin bowler Rashid Khan, who came to bowl the 16th over of the innings, caught Liam Livingstone, who was batting dangerously in the hands of David Miller, on the third ball of this over. Liam Livingstone was out after scoring 64 runs in 27 balls. After losing a big wicket like Livingston, Gujarat's bowling was now seen to dominate the Punjab batsmen. Due to which the pressure was now more on Shahrukh Khan. And then taking advantage of this pressure, Rashid Khan also dismissed Shahrukh Khan lbw on the fifth ball of his over. Shahrukh Khan got out after scoring 15 runs in 8 balls. After losing two consecutive big players, Punjab's team, which seemed to be reaching 200 runs in some way or the other, did not seem to even cross the 180-mark. In the last overs, the Gujarat fast bowlers had increased the pressure on Punjab completely, due to which the lower order batsmen of Punjab were not able to openly bat in the last over. But then to bat in the last few overs. Rahul Chahar, who came, opened his hands and played an excellent innings of 22 runs in 14 balls.

Italy vs North Macedonia live stream: how to watch the 2022 FIFA World Cup playoff online and on TV, team news Italy host North Macedonia as European qualifying for the 2022 World Cup finals reaches a gripping climax over the next week. Just three spots remain for UEFA nations to reach the Qatar finals in November, with one-legged semi-finals followed by finals next week in Paths A, B and C. In path C, Euro 2020 winners Italy are favourites against North Macedonia but that counts for nothing in the pressure cooker playoffs. Make sure you know how to watch an Italy vs North Macedonia live stream from where you are. The teams are in and Italy will start with a front three of captain Ciro Immobile, Lorenzo Insigne and Domenico Berardi. Chelsea midfielder Jorginho starts in midfield for the European champions with Gianluca Mancini and Alessandro Bastoni starting ahead of experienced pair Giorgio Chiellini and Antonio Bonucci at centre-back. Levante midfielder Enis Bardhi captains North Macedonia, who start with youngster Milan Ristovski up front alongside Aleksandar Trajkovski, who has scored 19 goals for his country. Ex-Leeds left-back Ezgjan Alisoki starts at left-back, but up-and-coming midfield schemer Elif Elmas misses out. Italy have won only two of their last seven games and are in serious danger of failing to qualify for a second successive World Cup having missed out four years ago for the first time since 1958. The Azzurri contrived to draw four of their final five qualifiers to finish as Group C runners-up to Switzerland and enter the nerve-shredding playoffs. Coach Roberto Mancini has kept faith with Ciro Immobile, Andrea Belotti and Lorenzo Insigne who performed so well last summer. Naturalised Brazilian Luiz Felipe earns a first call up in defence, where stalwarts Giorgio Chiellini and Lenardo Bonucci continue to defy their advancing years. North Macedonia continue to ride the crest of the wave that took them to their first major tournament finals at Euro 2020 last summer. The Lions won five and drew three of their 10 Group J matches to finish runners-up to Germany, and even beat the illustrious four-time world champions 2-1 a year ago in their own back yard. Former Inter forward Goran Pandev has retired from international football, his heir apparent, Elif Elmas of Napoli, scored that famous late winner against Germany. They shouldn't be underestimated. Either Portugal or Turkey await the winners. Italy vs North Macedonia kicks off at 7:45pm GMT tonight, Thursday, 24th March at the Stadio Renzo Barbera, Palermo. Follow our guide on how to watch a live stream online, on TV and on your smartphone, from wherever you are in the world.
