Chris Paul All 203 Midrange Jumpers Full Highlights (2019-20 Season Jumperilation Part II)

The room's small space was illuminated by three torches which obscured no details of the horrific sight before them: two human corpses that had decayed past the point of identification. One was a slightly overweight man whose most distinctive feature was a very large black beard. The maggots which had consumed the flesh of his face had ignored the sizable tuft of facial hair. The other was an older man, whose gray hair and moustache still clung to a head which was more skull than skin. "The path-strayers! The enlightenment-mockers! The WISDOM-DENIERS!" Chris proclaimed. Dennis and Shai were both covering their eyes in terror, and when Dennis made to run back the way they had come, Chris grabbed him roughly and held him in place. "You have no hope of escaping these labyrinthine passages without my assistance," Chris said sternly. "And now you have seen what happens to those who fail to follow me to the end. Nevertheless, whether or not to proceed is your choice and your choice alone." Dennis was crying now. "I don't want to do any more teammate bonding!" he wailed. Chris, ignoring the pleading of his teammate, turned and proceeded up a curving set of stairs that was at the end of the hallway. Shai obediently followed, and Dennis, again faced with the prospective of being left alone in a very dismal and very large medieval castle, followed as well. The stairs spiraled upwards for some time. They were in one of the castle's many towers. A somber wind whistled through the skinny windows like a choir of ghouls. Both Shai and Dennis, still shocked over the grisly display of bodies that they had seen, said nothing. Chris could sense how miserable they were, but he knew they would thank him for this experience in the end. They ascended the final step and found themselves on a landing. There was only one way to go: through a door that led to the interior of the tower. He decided to give Shai and Dennis one more chance to back out, although, given what they had seen in that death-vault, he was reasonably certain that they would choose to continue. "To enter this door is to face knowledge beyond your comprehension. Or you can leave, and remain the same man that you were when we stood outside the castle walls." "I will never be the same man again," Shai whispered. "Not after what I have seen." "You'll find that, once you are free from the mesmerizing grasp of this ancient place, your memories of it will quickly grow dim," Chris said. "That is the nature of my castle." But neither Shai nor Dennis made any attempt to back down the stairs. Chris opened the door, unleashing a torrent of light. The ceiling of the room was all glass, letting in much more sunlight than any other place in the castle. The morning's clouds had dissipated, making the sun's rays that much more luminous. Squinting, Shai and Dennis tried to get a clear view of what was inside. Chris, of course, already knew what the room held. He had always known. He proceeded a few steps into the room, which encouraged Shai and Dennis to do the same. A man was sitting cross-legged on the floor wearing a sleeveless hooded tunic. Aside from the golden pillow he sat on, there were no furnishings to be found. His dark skin was withered with age, and a gray beard flowed halfway down his chest. Nothing could be seen of his face, so deep was the hood. Sensing that this was the man who would bestow upon them the knowledge that they had quested so long to gain, the two young Thunder players approached him with reverence. "Provide us your teachings, old master," Shai said, kneeling low to be at eye level with the sage. The old man suddenly threw back his hood, revealing eyes that blazed with inner fire in defiance of time's inexorable passage. "Shoot more midrange jumpers!" he rasped in a surprisingly powerful voice. Dennis snorted. "That's it?" "That's it," the man confirmed. Shai was looking at the old man, then at Chris, then back again, comparing the facial similarities of the two. When he made the connection, his eyes grew wide. "Wait - is that? Are you...?" Chris smiled. "Yes." Dennis still looked confused, but, a few seconds later, the truth dawned on him as well. "If that old man is you, and you're the old man, why couldn't you have just...I don't know, tell us to shoot more midrange jumpers while we're all at practice or something?" "Think about it," Chris said. "Who would you rather listen to? Me, or an old guy with a big white beard who is overflowing with wisdom?" "Good point." Shai looked concerned. "But you can't exist as two people at once. It has to be an illusion..." As Shai said these words, the castle disappeared around them. Instead, they were standing in a grassy clearing on a forested hill. There was no old man to be found. But in the hearts and minds of the two young players, the old man's teachings would never be forgotten. -- If you enjoyed this video, please consider donating to my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/downtobuck

The BLESSING And The CURSE Of The NBA RETURN
The BLESSING And The CURSE Of The NBA RETURN

New format explained: https://youtu.be/BPnTfHyOnoE Even tho all the latest news has us questioning the return of the NBA season, I am still optimistic and wanted to talk about a few X-factors that will be crucial in the playoffs. The format where all the teams are going to be playing in 1 place without an audience and after such a big break can be a blessing for some teams like the Clippers, and a curse for others like the Sixers. So let’s check out both sides. What up everybody my name is Stefan and this is Heat Check. Let’s get into it. First, let’s talk about home court advantage. The biggest beneficiary in this whole wild scenario are the Los Angeles Clippers in my opinion. Think about it. In a possible Western Conference Finals against the Lakers, this would have been a series where every game would be a home game for the Lakers. As you may have noticed throughout the season during their 3 matchups so far, you could see that Staples Center was rocking in support for Lebron, Anthony Davis and company even tho in 2 of those battles, the Clippers were listed as the home team. However now, in this situation playing on a neutral court in a quiet surrounding, the sixth man is gone for the Lakers and I feel like this could be a nice little unintentional help for the all time second NBA team from LA. On the other hand you have the Bucks and the Sixers. Milwaukee would have definitely benefited from a potential home court advantage. As the team with the best record in the league, they would have had 1 more game at home throughout the entire playoffs, and that would have come in clutch in a potential finals matchup against the 2 teams I just talked about. This way however, Giannis and his teammates are still the heavy favorites to come out of the east, but they miss out on a nice opportunity due to this unfortunate situation that we’re in. And before I move on from this topic, let me highlight the biggest loser in these circumstances, the Philadelphia 76ers. Do you guys remember or even know that their record at home this season is 29-2. They’ve been virtually unbeatable. But to be only 6th place in the East with this type of record at home, must mean that they play horrible on the road. And that’s absolutely the case. The Sixers are 10-24 in games where they don’t have the home crowd support, so you wouldn’t be wrong for thinking that this is going to be a tough road for them to go through in the playoffs. Moving on. I’d like to point out the biggest winners in terms of physical transformations during this quarantine period. First we saw images of James Harden looking significantly slimmer, saying that he’s been working on his cardio a lot and dieting. So knowing how explosive and unstoppable he’s been with all that extra weight on him, I can only imagine how scary he’ll be off the dribble. But as surprising as Harden’s transformation looked, seeing Nikola Jokic looking like Porzingis and fitting in skinny jeans was absolutely stunning. Personally I’m impressed at the amount of change his body has gone through. First he came into training camp this season being severely overweight, to now looking like this in just a few months. Although I do give him props for losing all the weight, I’m not sure how that would translate on the court. He could be more mobile, but at the same time, that wasn’t a big part of Nikola’s game. Rather the bumping and banging under the basket. And it’s going to be a lot more difficult to do that now. So it remains to be seen how he modifies his playing style and how far can Jokic take the Nuggets in the playoffs. And lastly, teams like the Pacers for example I’m sure are happy that they could give their franchise player some more time to recover from his injury. Victor Oladipo came back in January after the knee injury he suffered last season but admittedly he didn’t look good at all, lacking rhythm-as you can see from his shooting percentages right here. He also sat out games in the middle of all that, due to some minor troubles that the knee was giving him. So let’s see how Oladipo looks on the court with the extended rest that he’s had. I also mentioned in a previous video that the Blazers are fortunate to get both Nurkic and Collins back and the team is going to be at full strength as they try to make a run for the playoffs in this new format that I fully explain in detail. I’ll link the video in the description. All in all we can talk about winners and losers and who benefits, who doesn’t but the fact is that this is an entirely new and unseen territory and things are going to be the same for every team, so let’s see who makes the most out of it and who comes out on top. That’s it for now, if you liked this video, subscribe and hit the notification bell so that you don’t miss my future in depth analysis. Talk to you in the next one. Peace out.

Reading 2-2 Sunderland: Black Cats throw a lead away once again
Reading 2-2 Sunderland: Black Cats throw a lead away once again

At full-time the Sunderland bodies slumped. Hands over faces. Heads down. For the second time in a week, the players knew they had thrown away a lead and were having to settle for a draw in their battle to survive in the Championship.Against Norwich on Tuesday, they were 1-0 up with two minutes left, having missed a penalty before Ivo Pinto equalised for the Canaries. This time though, the Sunderland fans didn't have to wait until the dying seconds of the game for the heartbreak. That came in the 79th minute when Reading's Yann Kermorgant pulled one back with a header to make it 2-2. Reading had taken the lead, and looked the better of the two sides for much of the first half. In the 19th minute they got their reward when Lee Camp spilled a ball into the path of Reading's Jon Bodvarsson. The goalkeeper closed down the angle but in doing so, clattered into the Icelandic international.Referee Stephen Martin awarded a penalty and Liam Kelly smashed it past Camp to give Paul Clement's side a lead.Sunderland pressed forward but everything they tried to do just didn't quite come off. Passes were just an inch too long, crosses were slightly overweighted and Ashley Fletcher hit the post, but Reading were able to keep them at bay until after the break.Whatever Chris Coleman said to his Sunderland team at half-time, it clearly worked as they equalised straight after the interval.Paddy McNair picked the ball up inside the Reading half and with nobody available to take a pass he carried on his cavalier run before pulling the trigger. His effort - from 30 yards out - was speculative and it left Vito Mannone rooted to the spot in the goalmouth as it rippled the back of the net.Strangely it was now Sunderland in the ascendancy and they made that tell with a second goal. The legs may be old, some would say even gone. But that doesn't matter if you score with your head. And that's just what Lee Cattermole did as he glanced in Aiden McGeady's curling free-kick to give the Black Cats the lead. Could they do it? Could they hold on?By then there were 24 minutes to play. They had chances to extend their lead and Reading had opportunities to draw level. The difference was Reading took theirs as Chris Gunter lofted in a delivery and Kermorgant hit home. The bodies slumped to the turf, and the Sunderland players knew that once again they had blown it.

Lee Tomlin would be the first to admit he has gone dangerously close to blowing his career. The Middlesbrough forward had a rather poor attitude and was kicked out of Leicester City — he was even sent out on loan by Rushden and Diamonds. ‘I was playing for Brackley Town with team-mates who were carpenters and police officers,’ he says. ‘At that stage I did think it was over.’ Original Article: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2951540/Lee-Tomlin-two-stone-overweight-Middlesbrough-star-devour-Arsenal.html Original Video: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/football/video-1159402/Aitor-Karanka-Mesut-Ozil-poses-biggest-threat-Arsenal.html Daily Mail Facebook: http://facebook.com/dailymail Daily Mail IG: http://instagram.com/dailymail Daily Mail Snap: https://www.snapchat.com/discover/Daily-Mail/8392137033 Daily Mail Twitter: http://twitter.com/MailOnline Daily Mail Pinterest: http://pinterest.co.uk/dailymail Daily Mail Google+: https://plus.google.com/+DailyMail/posts Get the free Daily Mail mobile app: http://dailymail.co.uk/mobile
