Celebrations turned into disappointment as Australia crushed Pakistan’s T20 World Cup dream. It was a crazy T20 WC semi-final as Australia pulled off a win scoring 57 in the last 18 balls. Matthew Wade & Marcus Stoinis stood unbeaten in a six-hitting feast to lead Australia to the T20 WC final. Pakistan was off to a good start and looked good when defending 176. Fans in Pakistan, who gathered to watch the semifinal, were spotted jumping and dancing but Stoinis and Wade joined hands and changed the entire script of the match. Meanwhile, fans in Pak went silent and were disappointed as their team crashed out in the semis. Australia will now play New Zealand on Sunday in the finals of the T20 World Cup. India could still not get knocked out of the tournament though. India’s hope ties to Afghanistan beating New Zealand in their upcoming match. Jasprit Bumrah starred as India crushed England by 157 runs to win the fourth Test at the Oval on Monday and take a 2-1 lead in the five-match series. The tourists took all 10 wickets they needed inside a day's play, bouncing back in style following their innings defeat in the third Test at Headingley and cannot now lose the series. England, set 368 to win, still had hopes of victory at 141-2 after lunch on the last day but Ravindra Jadeja and Bumrah both struck twice as England lost four wickets for six runs, slumping to 147-6.
