Los Angeles Dodgers vs Giants LIVE 🔴 | Can The Offense Give Yoshi Run Suppor | Play-By-Play 2026

The Los Angeles Dodgers kept the same lineup ahead of the second game of their series against the San Francisco Giants. The Dodgers are in desperate need of some offense, falling short yet again in their series opener against their divisional rivals. They scored just three runs in the game, ultimately losing to a late-inning surge from the visitors. Right-hander Yoshinobu Yamamoto will start for the Dodgers on Tuesday, making his eighth start of the season for LA. He has been solid for the Dodgers this season, posting a 3.09 ERA through 43.2 innings pitched so far. He has 40 strikeouts under his belt, and has gone at least five innings in each of his starts so far this season. Designated hitter Shohei Ohtani leads the line for the Dodgers, and will look to break out of the slump which has plagued him for nearly two weeks now. The superstar has four hits in 36 at-bats in May, and has struggled to produce any offense for LA since the beginning of the month. He has just one homer since April 13. Shortstop Mookie Betts will bat second behind Ohtani, exactly where he batted upon his return from the injured list Monday. First baseman Freddie Freeman bats third, followed by right fielder Kyle Tucker and catcher Will Smith. One of the Dodgers’ hottest hitters in third baseman Max Muncy bats sixth, followed by center fielder Andy Pages, who is also on a decent run for LA. Left fielder Teoscar Hernandez will bat eighth, and second baseman Hyeseong Kim rounds out the lineup. Dodgers’ Lineup vs. Giants 1. Shohei Ohtani, DH 2. Mookie Betts, SS 3. Freddie Freeman, 1B 4. Kyle Tucker, RF 5. Will Smith, C 6. Max Muncy, 3B 7. Andy Pages, CF 8. Teoscar Hernandez, LF 9. Hyeseong Kim, 2B P. Yoshinobu Yamamoto, RHP Right-hander Adrian Houser will take the mound on Tuesday, and the Dodgers will look to capitalize on a weak point in the Giants’ rotation. Houser has a 6.19 ERA through seven starts, only striking out 19 batters through 36.1 innings pitched. He has allowed a home run in each of his last five starts, and has let multiple runs cross in every one of his outings this season. The Dodgers desperately need some help on offense, and could take advantage of a struggling pitcher to find the spark they need. Yamamoto will throw the first pitch of the game Tuesday at 7:10 p.m. PT. Kotor Fortress Hike, April 2026 | Hiking in Kotor, Montenegro 4K | Virtual Hiking
Kotor Fortress Hike, April 2026 | Hiking in Kotor, Montenegro 4K | Virtual Hiking

Kotor Fortress, most commonly known as the San Giovanni Fortress (or St. John’s Fortress), is one of the most iconic historical landmarks in Montenegro. Rising above the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Kotor, this defensive structure is part of a much larger fortified system that developed over many centuries to protect the strategic Bay of Kotor. The origins of the fortress date back to the Illyrian period, but the majority of the visible structures today were built and expanded during the Venetian rule (1420–1797). The Venetians recognized the importance of Kotor as a maritime and trading hub and heavily fortified the city against frequent attacks from the Ottoman Empire. Over time, the defensive system grew into an impressive network of walls, bastions, gates, and fortifications stretching approximately 4.5 kilometers up the steep mountainside of Mount Lovćen. The fortress climbs to an elevation of about 280 meters above sea level, offering panoramic views over the Bay of Kotor—often described as one of the most beautiful natural harbors in the world. Along the ascent, visitors encounter key historical features such as the Church of Our Lady of Remedy (built in 1518), which served both religious and defensive purposes, and multiple fortified gates that once controlled access to the upper stronghold. The walls of Kotor were engineered to follow the natural contours of the mountain, making them exceptionally difficult to breach. Despite numerous attempts, including several Ottoman sieges, the city was never successfully captured during Venetian rule. The fortress system continued to be used under later rulers, including the Austrians, who made additional modifications in the 19th century. Today, Kotor Fortress is a major cultural and tourist attraction. The climb to the top involves more than 1,300 stone steps and can be physically demanding, especially during the summer months. However, the reward is a unique combination of history, architecture, and breathtaking scenery. The site is part of the Natural and Culturo-Historical Region of Kotor, which has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. Visitors are advised to wear proper footwear, carry water, and start early in the day to avoid high temperatures. The fortress is open year-round, though conditions can vary depending on weather. Whether you are interested in medieval military architecture, history, or simply stunning views, Kotor Fortress stands as a powerful reminder of the region’s rich and layered past.
