Chelsea News: We have seen in the early parts of the season Frank persevering with the 4-2-3-1. However, we have quickly seen the deficiencies of this formation with the personnel we have. Constantly our midfield was getting outnumbered with this formation. Now we have finally switched over to 4-3-3 and against Krasnodar (30 mins of 2nd half) and Burnley we have looked supreme in defence and offence.
