Despite a cold shooting start going 0-9, Florida State managed to pull within 1 at the half and take the lead early int he 2nd. Duke fought back and needed clutch free throws from Matthew Hurt who bounced back in a BIG way from the UNC game, ending with 12 points off the bench. Jordan Goldwire went a PERFECT 5-5 from the field including 3-3 from 3 to end with 13. Vernon Carey had a double-double with 10 and 10 and Tre Jones also contributed 13. Florida State was led by senior guard Trent Forrest with 14 points, who also finished with a CAREER HIGH 8 steals, the most by ANY opponent in Cameron.
