The DRAMA Is Reaching INSANE Levels In The NBA...

Support by buying my NBA T-Shirts: https://heatcheck.info/ Last night was insane with 3 overtime endings. Also, Victor Wembanyama was doing magic on the court, and we got a bunch more from last night’s spectacular games. So we gotta start with the best teams in the east and the west. With 3 and a half minutes to go this looked like a done deal for Minnesota, but watch what Jayson Tatum does here. He cuts not for him, but to set a screen on Horford’s man. This is winning basketball as Al is open and fires away to keep the Celtics alive in the game. The Celtics got some crucial stops in the finish as Jaylen Brown pokes it away from Edwards, and Derrick White applied the pressure in the backcourt and got the offensive foul. All of this allowed Tatum to take over in the finish, first with this strong drive to the rim, and then this: Now Boston is all the way back in the game but Tatum didn’t stop there as he got a chance to cut into the lead even more. Now, here’s a key moment in the game. Follow Derrick White here on the miss, beating everybody on the rebound to secure another possession for his team, and then the crowd explodes because… With the game on the line on the final possession, you know who’s got the ball for Minnesota. A strong drive by Edwards to get the foul and remained ice cold on the 2 free throws to tie the game. Now Tatum has the ball with a chance to win it does he have one more shot in hiiiim, juust rims out and we go to overtime. But JT would get his payback tho. Just watch this entire sequence in the clutch. This was the moment that broke the Timberwolves as Boston would go on to win this thriller matchup that had a playoff type of vibe. The Celtics have now won 18 straight games at home. Unbelievable. We gotta go to Atlanta now for another wild finish. The Hawks were in trouble, down by 4 with less than a minute to go. But out of the time out, look at the beautiful ball movement here zipping around the court, ultimately ending in the hands of Jalen Johnson who slashes inside, dunks it plus the foul. They get the stop on defense and with 15 seconds to go out of the time out another beautiful play on the cut here by Trae Young going inside and he gets fouled before the block, so he will have 2 free throws for the lead. But then the drama because… He would tie it up tho and on the final possession Trae gets a crucial stop as the help defender, swiping at the ball which ultimately went out of bounds off of Maxey. You see on the replay this was squeaky clean, no foul here and we go to overtime. And in the final minute with the game tied, the crowd erupts… Then a huge block on the other end… All of this opened up a big opportunity for Atlanta, and they were able to secure 2 free throws on this play, which Jalen Johnson converted and made it a 2 possession game with just 13 seconds to go. This ultimately proved to be enough for the Hawks to secure the win in our second overtime drama. And we’re not even halfway there because what happened here will blow your mind. Watch this as Derozan gets fouled on the loose ball. But on the replay you see that he tries to sell this a bit too much. So the refs review the play and the foul call against Houston still stands, but there’s also a technical on Derozan for flopping. What?! So in a bizarre turn of events, the Rockets shoot the technical free throw but the Bulls still retain possession. I’ve never seen this before. Anyways, Chicago was unable to score which sets up this beautiful move in the clutch by one of my favorite players in the league. And this is the thing that I hate about the NBA. This is out of the time out mind you, with a chance to win it, the Bulls get no movement and it’s just 4 guys standing around watching Demar Derozan go one on one. The Bulls almost lost the game in regulation actually on this Jabari Smith three, but nevertheless we go to overtime in yet another game. And the beginning of OT Sengun gave us some more magic. And he got fired up about it which led to this: Unbelievable moves from Alperen which got the Rockets a 5 point lead with 2 minutes to go. But then, when everyone thought that this could slip away from the Bulls, Zach Lavine comes up huge for Chicago. Then check out this chaotic sequence of events that sent the fans into delirium. What a game! And of course another one of my favorite players that I made a video about this season puts the exclamation point on this thriller ending. This was enough for Chicago to hold on in this one, as admittedly they got very lucky with some misses from Houston that were open shots. Woow, let’s catch a breather for a second with this amazing pass from Victor Wembanyama. Victor was incredible against Detroit posting a triple double in just 21 minutes. 21 minutes on the court, for his 16 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists, and you see that he is toying with the Pistons. This looked like he was playing at home on a mini hoop. Insane.

This Is A DISGRACE For The NBA…How The Refs ROBBED Toronto
This Is A DISGRACE For The NBA…How The Refs ROBBED Toronto

Support by buying my NBA T-Shirts: https://heatcheck.info/ Wo where’s the foul here? Even in slow mo on the replay I don’t see how you can call this. And watch this offensive foul that was actually a flop by AD, effectively taking away this three here by Scottie Barnes. After the game coach Rajakovic was furious and delivered one of the most epic postgame rants. So let’s go and check all the questionable decisions in the fourth quarter to see if Toronto really got robbed in this game. First thing that I wanna point out is a non call by the refs. To me this is a clear extension of the forearm by Davis causing Barnes to lean sideways, and is almost always a whistle. The refs missed this. Then we got this foul on AD. Scottie Barnes plays perfect defense, but on the replay you see Quickley coming in at the last moment and pushing Davis. Although this is very slight, it is still a push so technically the correct call, and the Raptors wasted their review on this. The very next possession, after committing his 5th foul, Quickley makes another costly mistake, which basically took him out of the game. This was actually a flagrant foul and from what I’ve seen, elbow to the head is usually called a flagrant. You can see the ref explaining to Quickley the difference of having your elbows low and tucked in, as opposed to what he did. Now if they called that little ticky tack push on IQ against Davis, then this push by Taurean Prince is definitely a foul. He sent Thadeous Young flying, and obviously affected the shot, so I have no idea how this was a non call. Chronologically, we now get to the example from the intro. A ridiculous call Then, watch this: Let me play it in slow motion now frame by frame, and stop it right here to see that Barrett's swipe is on the outside of the ball. There is no contact to the arm here. Then let’s go to this angle from the replay, and watch how Christy in fact loses the ball up here by himself. This was not a result of the swipe down low. This is not a foul, but the Lakers got more free throws. And in a crucial possession with less than 30 seconds to go, we got this shameless flop by Davis, and the offensive foul, wiping out the three which would have tied the game. Instead, now the Raptors play the foul game and commit 4 fouls resulting in 8 free throws for the Lakers which inflated the numbers a little bit to 23 shots in the fourth. With 10 seconds to go on this drive by Scottie Barnes, the Raptors commentators argue that this could also be an and-1. If that was the case, then this meaningless 3 by Pascal Siakam would have actually tied the game. There were definitely some questionable calls that directly impacted the final result. But if you ask Lebron, everything was clean. Having the refs be the main actors of the game is a bad look for the league, especially when it’s happening for the second consecutive day. Check out how the refs robbed the Celtics right here in this video. Talk to you in the next one. Peace out.

Last Night Was TOTAL CHAOS In The NBA...

Support by buying my NBA T-Shirts: https://heatcheck.info/ Boston got robbed by some awful calls from the refs last night in a thriller ending. The Bucks are getting booed by their own fans and Giannis is furious. But that’s nothing compared to Phoenix who got absolutely demolished last night and the Suns are in danger to even fall out of the play in range. Last night it was chaos in the NBA and we gotta start with the controversial finish in Indiana. Both teams were hitting some crazy shots and they couldn’t miss down the stretch. And with the game on the line, needing a bucket, the Pacers go to TJ Mcconnell and he delivers with this beautiful spin to tie the game. But this is where things get interesting as Jaylen Brown goes for the potential game winner, raises up and he gets fouled. Indiana challenges the call but you can see that there is contact on the head, so since this was already called a foul, there’s no way to overturn it right?! Wooow I have no idea how this is possible, and Joe Mazula said after the game that Buddy Hield admitted to him that he fouled Brown. Now all of a sudden the Pacers have a chance to win the game. Which sets up another controversial moment as Porzingis is called for this foul right here. I don’t really see much on the replay, and to call it on the final possession especially after the previous situation, I feel like the Celtics got robbed here in this game. Despite the fact that I love Indy. Boston still had one final chance to tie the game and just look at how close Luke Kornet was with this tip in. Great soft touch by him, but unlucky bounce. Now, if they can blame the refs for this game, the Bucks got no one else to blame for this debacle but themselves. The Utah Jazz, flat out outplayed Milwaukee so badly that their own fans were booing. This looks nothing like a contending team. In fact it seems like they are falling apart. Giannis is furious and despite his viral interview where he blamed everyone including the equipment manager, I feel like most of that was to water down and hide the criticism for his coach. We have to be coached better, we have to defend better and we have to have better strategy are all shots fired towards Adrian Griffin. The entire fanbase is complaining about his stubbornness and not being able to adjust the defense which btw is 22nd. The Bucks have the 8th worst defense. There is no way you win a championship like that. Milwaukee was without Dame in this one, but he is responsible for some of this as well. Putting aside his bad individual defense, Lillard also has a bunch of bad shooting games. 2 for 12, 3 for 16, 3 for 17, 6 for 18, 7 for 18, 7 for 21… There is no reason why he should have shooting nights like these. Dame is not carrying a team like he did in Portland. In fact, he’s playing with the best player in the league right now. 42.8% from the field is ok, but it’s his 4th worst in 12 years in the league. And again, playing on a great team, with Giannis and Middleton. I feel like he should be more efficient and more consistent. And the lack of consistency is a perfect transition to the Phoenix Suns. They got destroyed by the Clippers last night. LA shot a blistering 62 and a half percent from the field and of course they would when a bunch of these shots came from right under the basket. The Clippers got to the basket at will, and Phoenix did nothing to stop them. Giving up 62 points in the paint and expecting to win that game is impossible. Suns fans would then say, ooh but LA couldn’t miss from downtown. OK let’s check out why that was. No help on the screen for PG and he’s got a wide open shot which of course goes down. In transition Phoenix is slow to get back and nobody stops the ball here so James Harden has all day to fire away and hit it. On the pick and roll Harden attracts 3 defenders around him. So naturally he just kicks it out to an open Terance Mann for the three and another one goes in. This is possibly the worst one as they don’t even know whose man this is. So Powell calmly sets up and lets it fly for yet another three. So you see now why the Clippers shot that well? You see how terrible the defense was. The offense is equally as bad. No ball movement whatsoever, and it’s just taking turns of who gets to shoot it. These are all great shot makers but this is exactly the reason why they are in this position. Number 8 in the west, in danger of falling even lower. Nobody could have imagined this at the beginning of the season? This is nothing new for the Suns and the Bucks. I actually broke down Milwaukee’s problems in depth in this video right here and you need to check it out. Talk to you in the next one. Peace out.

Cade Holding Back TEARS...THIS Is The SADDEST Story In The NBA
Cade Holding Back TEARS...THIS Is The SADDEST Story In The NBA

Support by buying my NBA T-Shirts: https://heatcheck.info/ Your franchise player literally holding back tears on the court while the home crowd is booing and chanting “sell the team" might just be the saddest thing for a sports fan. And we were all rooting for them. This was their chance. The Jazz, who btw are near the bottom of the league as it is, had 8 injured players which included their 3 best guys in Markannen, Clarkson, and THT. This was the perfect opportunity, and if you see the schedule for Detroit, you ask yourself, are they going to ever win a game? Look, I feel like the only opportunity for them is to get this one at home against Brooklyn which is a tough task in itself because they are pretty much a 500 team at the moment. Despite having their struggles, Toronto is a much better team than Detroit so this is going to be tough as well. Houston is above 500 in the west, beating Denver three times this season. And if they couldn’t beat this Utah roster at home, they sure won’t beat them on the road with the top guys playing. Things are looking frightening for the Pistons. With 25 losses in a row, they’ve come just one step away from one of the most infamous achievements that you can have as a team. Let me explain. The season when Lebron first left the Cavs, this lineup of Boobie Gibson, Antawn Jamison, Ramon Sessions, Anthony Parker and JJ Hickson set the record for most losses in a row with 26. Yeah, Detroit is on the verge of dethroning the 2010-2011 Cavs. Cleveland were so bad that they snapped a 10 game losing streak in overtime right before starting fresh with 26 straight losses. So they could have been undisputed in this category. Still, despite that epic 1-36 stretch, the Cavs finished the season with 19 wins, far from the worst of all time. Pistons are actually in contention for that as well since at the moment they are on pace to win just 6 games. This roster will be mentioned along with the legendary 2012 Bobcats led by Kemba Walker, that won just 7 games in the lockout season. And of course this Sixers team that trusted the process and ended the year with a 10-72 record. Now, at least Philadelphia was awarded with the number 1 pick automatically. For Detroit, things could get even worse because the new lottery rules give equal odds to each of the bottom 3 teams. So just imagine becoming the worst team in NBA history and not even get the number 1 pick. The ridicule will escalate to a whole new level. Similar thing happened to Charlotte as well, who ended with the second pick that year, missing out on Anthony Davis and drafting Michael Kidd Gilchrist. The guy who will be remembered mostly for his god awful looking jumper. Let me show you how bad things really are for the Pistons. At the beginning of the season, Wingstop, who are one of their sponsors, had a promo of free wings when Detroit wins. And they had their logo underneath the result on the Pistons official twitter posts. Not only have they not been able to run the promo in like 2 months, but they kept moving the logo further away from the result with every single loss in this streak. The company that literally paid money to be on this poster, is now trying to get away. This is insane. The back to back against Brooklyn will be a playoff atmosphere and a must watch. The Pistons wouldn’t want to set an infamous record, and the Nets wouldn’t want to be the ones breaking a historically bad streak. A lot is on the line, and the level of competition will be crazy. So tune in for that. If you want a more positive story tho, the Bulls led by Coby White have been on fire lately. He is hooping out of his mind and you gotta check out this video right here. Talk to you in the next one. Peace out.
