Una super Sinalunghese! La squadra di Roberto Fani liquida con un nettissimo 3-0 i ravennati del Classe e mette un piede e mezzo in serie D. I rossoblu, trascinati dal solito devastante Vasseur (sempre decisivo nelle gare che contano...), non riescono a trovare le giuste geometrie nel primo tempo ma riescono comunque a passare in vantaggio poco prima della mezzora quando, dopo una fase di studio e di equilibrio, sfruttano al meglio una veloce ripartenza di Redi che serve al centro il "francesino" che anche grazie a una deviazione di un difensore batte Bovo per l'1-0 locale. La ripresa si apre nel migliore dei modi perché la Sinalunghese trova subito il raddoppio con una bella conclusione di Capogna negli spazi. La sfida si mette in discesa per i rossoblu che giocano bene e riescono a difendersi senza soffrire: Marini dorme sonni tutto sommato tranquilli. E, anzi, arriva anche il colpo del KO con Vasseur in mischia che realizza il 3-0, sfruttando un Classe tutto in avanti ma spuntato nonostante i buoni movimenti di Rocchi. A fine partita euforia pero contenuta per la Sinalunghese che sa di dovere compiere ancora un altro passo per festeggiare veramente. "Sì, abbiamo messo una bella ipoteca - dice mister Fani - ma non sono contento del primo tempo della mia squadra. Dovevamo essere moto più aggressivi, forse abbiamo iniziato a pagare un po' la fatica di una stagione lunghissima... non saprei. Ma il risultato mi soddisfa appieno, adesso solo noi possiamo perdere la qualificazione, obiettivamente. La partita si è messa bene con il vantaggio "sporco" di Vasseur, poi dopo il 2-0 è stata in discesa. Ecco nella ripresa la squadra mi è piaciuta molto. Ma non dobbiamo abbassare la guardia, loro sono una squadra che non molla mai, giocano in un campino in cui può sempre succedere di tutto: dobbiamo stare con le attente ben dritte. C'è da soffrire ancora una settimana... ma al ritorno sarà un'altra partita. Se questa avventura somiglia a quella con la Sansovino (nel 2011 Fani guidò i savinesi alla D attraverso gli spareggi, battendo Civitavecchia e Lupa Frascati, n.d.r.)? Assolutamente no, qui ci sono una società e un coinvolgimento emotivo che allora non c'erano nemmeno lontanamente. Situazioni completamente diverse, ma speriamo che finisca allo stesso modo. Il Classe è una squadra alla nostra portata, credo che per esempio il Pomezia fosse superiore...".
