He makes it hard for any team to trap him. He is extremely quick and has an incredible change of pace. He made a living getting into the paint, whether breaking his defender down off the bounce or attacking off ball screens. He made several drop off passes to his teammates for finishes. He also knocked down multiple midrange pull-up jumpers. ➡️ 2021 BJ Keith is an explosive, strong guard who is in the conversation as one of the best on-ball defenders in the state. He has the quickness and strength to matchup with anyone. Offensively, he does a great job of getting downhill and finishing at the rim. He was huge in the fourth quarter. The three-pointer he knocked down to take the lead was gutsy and proved to be the shot of the game. ➡️ 2021 Saiquone Harris led the way in scoring with 14 points and snagged 7 rebounds. The 6’7 wing is versatile and able to score in a variety of ways. He can make shots from the perimeter. He can put the ball on the bounce and finish above the rim. He can create off the bounce and get to the midrange. Last night however, he came up huge at the foul line knocking down 10 of 12. Defensively, he is very versatile and does a great job of rotating for blocks and rebounding the ball. ➡️ 2022 Po’Boigh King has the ability to really fill it up. He can get hot at any moment. He is one of the elite shooters in the state. Not only can he shoot the ball, he has the ability to create off the bounce and make plays going to the rim. He attacks the basket strong and finishes through contact. He also is able to drive it and make plays for others. ➡️ 2022 Jai Smith is one of the most sought after forwards in the country. His motor is what separates him. He finishes extremely well around the basket. He tries to rip the rim off every time he goes up. Defensively, he is extremely versatile. He has the ability to guard along the perimeter and to block shots at the basket. He has great anticipation when rotating for blocks or jumping the passing lane for steals. ➡️ 2021 Kanayo Nwosu came up big for the Holy Rams. He finished with 8 points and 7 rebounds. He is super athletic and his intensity and motor are extremely valuable. He is so active and versatile on the defensive end. He forces tough passes from opponents with his length on the perimeter. He contests shots at the rim. He rebounds at a high level. Offensively, he finishes well above the rim. He also stepped out and knocked down two three-pointers in the first half. AP Poll Ranking Updates: After a much needed, come from behind win against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, in 3rd OT, the Michigan Wolverines come into this game with a 2-3 record, but remain unranked in the AP Polls. The Penn State Nittany Lions come off a disappointing loss to the Iowa Hawkeyes, which drops their record to an extremely disappointing, 0-5. They, with no surprise, remain unranked. Series History: The Michigan Wolverines lead the all-time series against the Penn State Nittany Lions, with an all-time record of 14-9. However, after a very exciting 2019 whiteout between Michigan and Penn State, the Nittany Lions come into this game with a 1 game win streak in the series. Michigan Wolverines: The Michigan Wolverines come into this game with a 2-3 record. After a very impressive win against a ranked Minnesota Golden Gophers team in BIG10 Week 1, the Wolverines dropped 3 straight games, to the Michigan State Spartans, the Indiana Hoosiers and the Wisconsin Badgers. Joe Milton, the Michigan Wolverines quarterback, was pulled in the 2nd quarter, after missing 7 of 8 passes. He was replaced by Cade McNamara, who ignited the offence, with 4 touchdown passes and no interceptions, against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. Expect Cade McNamara to get the start this week. The running game for the Wolverines was almost non-existent in the first half. However, as Cade McNamara got the offence rolling in the second half, Hassan Haskins and the run game also started to get going. Cornelius Johnson seemed to be the top receiving target for Cade McNamara last week, but Giles Jackson, Mike Sainristil, Nick Eubanks and even Ronnie Bell, all got more action. The Michigan secondary got exposed twice, both on the fault of Daxton Hill. However, for the injuries Michigan had with Kwity Paye, Aidan Hutchinson, Cameron McGrone and Brad Hawkins, guys like Josh Ross and Vincent Gray, did a solid job stepping up. Penn State Nittany Lions: The Penn State Nittany Lions are 0-5, after their loss against the Iowa Hawkeyes. After high expectations coming into the season, and possible aspirations for the 'College Football Playoffs', the word 'disappointing' does not even describe the Penn State football season. The Penn State Nittany Lions started their season by losing winnable game to the Indiana Hoosiers, who just suffered their first loss last Saturday, to the Ohio State Buckeyes. The Penn State Nittany Lions also had a close game against Justin Fields, and the Ohio State Buckeyes, but it has been downhill since then. The Nittany Lions quarterback, Sean Clifford, was benched last game, after throwing 2 interceptions. He was replaced by Will Levis, who passed 13/16 and the led the team in terms of rushing. The Penn State Nittany Lions star wide receiver, Jahan Dotson, could pose a huge matchup nightmare for the Michigan Wolverines secondary, who have been burned by star receivers (like Ricky White of the Michigan State Spartans. DREAM RIDING SPOTS AND FULL SPEED SENDS IN LONDON - URBAN MTB FREERIDE
Dream riding spots and full speed sends in London - Urban MTB freeride is the best! Me and Tom Cardy find some sick freeride lines, stairs and jumps in the city on our mountain bikes, but which spot was the best? Me and Tom headed towards London with our Haibike mountain bikes in the hope of finding some sick new places to ride and we ended up coming across some awesome freeride spots. We start the video off in the Stratford Olympic park otherwise known as the Queen elizabeth park and this place was amazing with a huge selection of fun rideable features. The best spot was the huge stair set that was possible to double double which i've not done before and it felt amazing. From here we moved further into the heart of the city of London and found some more stairs to hit along the way. We then stopped off at a cool street spot that has been in many BMX videos. It is basically just a skatepark feature in the middle of a housing estate and works perfectly. After shredding here we then came across a dream riding spot which was a flatbank to wall that was possible to jump over, and it was perfectly made as if it was meant to be ridden! Me and Tom Cardy pulled off some pretty good tricks here before getting the bikes out and cruising around near the London Eye before the rain came down and ended the ride! Shot on GoPro HERO 8!
