ES Sétif : l’entraîneur de l’ESS, Nabil Kouki s'exprime sur le chantage des joueurs et la direction
Une histoire de chantage aurait éclaté entre des joueurs de l’ES Sétif et leur direction. En effet, nous avons assisté, à la défaite du club de l’ES Sétif (ESS) face à son adversaire marocain, Raja Casablanca. Le match s’est déroulé lors du derby maghrébin, sur la pelouse du stade du 5 juillet à Alger, dans le cadre de la Ligue des Champions de la CAF. De ce fait, des joueurs du club d’Algérie, ESS, auraient eu des différends avec leur direction. Suite de cette défaite, l’entraîneur de l’Entente de Sétif, Nabil Kouki s’est exprimé. Il a relié l’échec de son club au manque de concentration.

Most people go for the wrong diet in their struggle to lose weight and stay fit. Following fad diets like eating cabbage soup or onions is not helpful and causes more harm than good. Individuals often skip meals because they think eating less would help them lose weight. However, experts have repeatedly impressed upon us the importance of eating correctly. Skipping meals leads to slow metabolism, and that leads to further weight gain. When our body does not get enough food, it starts storing whatever food is available as fat. Thus, there is no breakdown of food into energy, and we feel tired and weak.
