1 QUARTO: Primo possesso per Venezia che subito si fa vedere in attacco con Theodore che mette a segno due punti, ma Napoli è brava a rispondere con Parks da tre. Subito dopo Sanders che però non concretizza un gioco da tre punti per il fallo di Rich, che in contropiede serve un McDuffie che va a schiacciare. Dopo un'altra schiacciata di McDuffie, coach De Raffaele è costretto a chiamare timeout al quarto minuto del quarto. Timeout risolutivo che rimette Venezia in carreggiata grazie a Vitali, Watt e Theodore che realizzano 12 punti in pochi minuti. McDuffie poi prova a riavvicinare napoli. Partita a due sensi fin'ora, prima metà del quarto dice Napoli, la seconda Venezia. 21-24. 2 QUARTO: Parte col botto Napoli che si fa subito sotto con Parks, ma risponde capitan Bramos per i lagunari. Venezia sembra entrata nel ritmo partita, Napoli sta realizzando con Parks, McDuffie ma gli altri non sono ancora pervenuti. McDuffie e De Nicolao si rispondono con le triple. Ritmi molto blandi e vari errori portano pochi punti nei primi cinque minuti del quarto. McDuffie fa 0/2 ai liberi, risponde con 2/2 poi Brooks dall'altra parte. Vitali da tre, ma subito arriva la risposta di Sanders! Ancora Theodore e Sanders da tre dopo i 4 punti di Napoli. La partita si è improvvisamente infuocata, le squadre stimolate dall'avversaria iniziano a segnare ma la compattezza di Venezia e il gioco di squadra, che sta mancando a Napoli, con solo quattro giocatori a tabellino, la fa da padrona: 35-40 . Timeout Sacripanti. Lynch sta creando qualche problema alla difesa di Napoli, sbaglia molti movimenti mentre in attacco McDuffie sta tenendo la squadra di Pino Sacripanti agganciata. Errori dall'arco per Napoli e difesa che fa tanti errori e consente a Daye gli ultimi due punti. 39-47 3 QUARTO: Comincia il secondo tempo con possesso di Napoli, da subito sono tanti gli errori per le due compagini. Zerini 2/2 ai liberi, poi Watt per Venezia e Parks per i partenopei che schiaccia dopo un errore da tre di Velicka. Sanders mette a segno una tripla per Venezia e Sacripanti incredulo chiama timeout. Rientrati in campo Zerini fa subito tap in ma Venezia risponde in maniera monstre con una stoppata di Sanders su Rich e una schiacciata di Michel Watt. Parks riavvicina Napoli ma Watt fa back door con schiacciata che lascia di stucco il PalaBarbuto. Che classe! Difesa di Napoli da ricalibrare, tenendo conto che Lynch è in panca con tre falli. Intanto Theodore va libero in terzo tempo. Che stoppata di Stone!! Zerini in contropiede viene fermato dal numero 5 veneziano che punta ad entrare nella top 5 di LBA del weekend. Daye da 2 e ora Venezia si che si sta portando la partita a casa. McDuffie 2/2 ai liberi mentre in difesa un Lombardi da 5 sta avendo molte difficoltà. 55-65 finisce il terzo quarto. 4 QUARTO: Si ricomincia McDuffie 2/2 ai liberi, poi però Parks perde palla e Sanders va a schiacciare. Dall'altra parte primo canestro di Lombardi poi sempre Parks 2/2. Ancora McDuffie da 2, poi Lomnardi pescato al centro. Napoli si riporta a -4! Timeout De Raffaele. Il PalaBarbuto è una bolgia, Watt commette infrazione di passi e ora palla a Napoli. Vitali piedi per terra -2. Che finale! Parks si svincola da tre avversari ed è pareggio! 67-67. Ora è di nuovo tutto in gioco. Palla recuperata in difesa di Napoli che non riesce a concretizzare in attacco. De Nicolao 2/2 ai liberi, poi Stone sbaglia la tripla. Napoli in attacco fa un po' di confusione e dall'altra parte De Nicolao subisce fallo dai 6 e 75. Sono 3 liberi per Venezia che può allungare i due punti di attuale vantaggio. De Nicolao 2/3, mancano 3:54. McDuffie fa 2/2 ma c'è la bomba di capitan Bramos. In attacco altro pasticcio di Lombardi che commette fallo, entra Zerini. Vitali da 3 riaccende il Palabarbuto, Zerini stoppa Theodore ma la palla esce. Manca 1:56 e il tabellino recita 72-74. Ultimo minuto e che errore di Zerini da sotto, Watt segna e porta Venezia a +4. Ora Zerini ai liberi che fa 2/2, mancano 33 secondi. Stone la risolve luiiiiiiii, la tripla che porta probabilmente la vittoria è sua. 74-79 a 13 secondi dalla fine e timeout Napoli.
