Their last couple of victories haven't come because of one or two players. Instead different names have stepped up with the bat in the absence of Shikhar Dhawan while the bowling has largely been brilliant throughout - the highlight being that over from Arshdeep Singh at the Wankhede. Kyle Mayers was going all guns blazing and added 41 runs for the first wicket in no time alongside KL Rahul. The latter was playing second fiddle to Mayers but showed intent by lofting Kagiso Rabada on his first ball for a six. But the South African pacer had the last laugh on the LSG skipper and dismissed Rahul on the next delivery. Mayers continued his onslaught and hammered his fourth fifty of the season.
