The Hatters will fight on next season in the Championship as the win kept them above the bottom 3. As for Rovers the defeat squashed any hopes of a top 10 finish. Adam Armstrong and Sam Gallagher got the Rovers goals, as for Luton they were on the receiving end of 2 own goals, one from Hayden Carter the other from Bradley Johnson.
