The Dark Truth About The Boston Celtics Players
The Dark Truth About The Boston Celtics Players

The Celtics have been hiding a lot from the #nba The Celtics did it again. Another trade that’s supposed to win them a championship, but that’s part of a problem that we’ve been seeing for years that’s kept them from actually winning. You might think that’s crazy, I mean the Celtics just got Kristaps Porzingis, a 7 foot 3 big that can shoot who averaged 23 points a game and is 27 years old and you’re right, the Celtics are a damn better team on paper but the issue with the Celtics was never talent or roster. I’m about to talk about the not so obvious behind the scenes that ruin the Celtics each year as they continue to build a toxic culture. And no I’m not saying don’t ever trade players. But the amount of shopping around the Celtics do to then not trade said players is also insane. The original trade that was proposed involved Brogdon instead of Marcus Smart. And now you done traded Marcus Smart who has over and over again been undoubtedtly the heart and soul of the Celtics. But before we get to the on the court implications of losing Smart, it’s important to acknowledge that the Celtics treat their players like disposable assets when their feelings and mental state are crucial to the success of the team. And it’s not just role players And that’s just with the current Celtics roster, but this has been happening for years. Remember Isaiah Thomas, the unprobable 5’ 9” star of the Celtics averaging 29 points a game in 2017, who played in the playoffs the day after his sister passed away but what did the Celtics did to him was damn near unforgivable. In the 2017 playoffs, Isaiah Thomas had a significant hip injury, yet continued to play carrying the Celtics to the Eastern Conference Finals putting up a 53 point game. He was set up for his first big contract next season and the Celtics didn’t want to pay him so they got the most out of him by playing through a hip injury that would eventually ruin Thomas’s career as he never fully recovered back to what he was doing. Thomas all but confirmed it when he responded to the Celtics forcing another player to play through injury with “heard that before lol”. In fact Isaiah claimed that the long term implications of his injury were never revealed to him. Thomas never returned to his All-Star form, never got the big contract and was promptly traded for Kyrie Irving. That’s what loyalty, what putting it on all the line for the Celtics organization means now. Even the Celtics locker room problems were blamed on Kyrie Irving, but why did the problems continue to this day? The answer is in plain sight, but so many missed it. Kemba Walker, another star point guard, was pissed off with the Celtics culture in 2021, believing that they didn’t want him around long-term. And if one of your key guys is like that, how do you think that’s affecting the mood of the team? In fact, In the past decade, the Celtics have never stood behind a player whether it’s been with Danny Ainge as president or Brad Stevens and it’s cost the team everything that I’m going to outline and show the receipts starting with trying to trade Jayson Tatum, the rookie that had just averaged 18.5 points in the playoffs helping lead the Celtics to the Eastern Conference Finals without Kyrie. Yup, Tatum was in several Anthony Davis packages that never panned out. Jaylen Brown has constantly been in trade rumors his whole career on the Celtics, from the earlier KD trade package to Anthony Davis to Ben Simmons. And you could say the culture starts with the players who lead to locker room, but at one point that was Kyrie and Hayward which created several problems. Then it was Tatum and Brown? At one point are we going to look at the dysfunction as a result of the front office’s ineptitude. Heck just this past playoffs, Joe Mazulla, their current head coach, admitted there was a disconnect with the rest of the players. Marcus Smart even agreed that Joe should recieve the media’s criticism. But all this can be traced to one league altering trade, when the Celtics traded away Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett for a bunch of roles players and 3 first round picks…since then the Celtics have always been in the mix to trade for star talent, mainly because they have all the assets. Since then, players have only been looked as assets. And the players feel that. But more importantly, the Celtics organization needs to make players feel like this is a community.

The UNSOLVABLE PROBLEM For Miami...
The UNSOLVABLE PROBLEM For Miami...

Support by buying my NBA T-Shirts: https://heatcheck.info/ Watch the trickery that Jokic pulls off on the first possession of the game. Bam is fronting him trying to deny this pass. So Nikola at one point just stops asking for the ball and instead sets an impromptu screen. You see that while Murray can fly all the way to the rim, Vincent now must go around 2 big bodies and there’s no stopping this as Jamal lays it in. The 2 man game for Denver was deadly in game 1, but as tough as that was to stop for Miami, they have another huge issue that doesn’t seem like they’ll be able to solve. Let me explain. First let me show you the pick and roll clinic that they ran. Jokic sets a great screen up top and Jamal has a lot of room here. You see that Bam is trying to split the difference between the 2, of course watching for the roll by the big man. He can’t commit to a full switch and leave Vincent with Nikola. So Murray realizes that he can just raise up for the shot and knocks it down. This one was even easier as Adebayo is in a full drop right here. So you see all the space that Jamal has and this is easy money for a great mid range scorer like him. This time it’s finally Nikola’s time in the pick and roll as he gets the pass down low and look at the beautiful spin into a hook shot- this is unstoppable. Jokic is just too big for either Adebayo or Zeller and we saw that when he’s able to get it inside it’s either a bucket or a foul, as Nikola ended up shooting 12 free throws which is double than what he usually does. This is how we get to Miami’s biggest issue that is matchups. Watch Aaron Gordon looking like Lebron against the smaller guys that the Heat had on him. He bulldozed through Gabe Vincent and Max Struss on multiple possessions. Then with Caleb Martin on him you see that Denver clears out the left side for him and with shooters all around- and yeah that includes Jokic who’s firing threes at 47.5% this postseason. So Miami can’t help here and this is easy work again for AG. Again, same thing just on the opposite side. I understand the fear of the open 3 for the Heat but this is a 100% type of shot so you gotta help out here. Gordon finished the game with 16 points on 70% from the field and you can see why that percentage was so high. So with 2 of the 5 positions being a real mismatch that’s a huge problem for Miami. I expect Hayward Highsmith to get much more playing time in game 2 as a terrific defender who had some great moments as one of the key pieces in that fourth quarter run. And even with his limited offensive assignments he still dropped 18 points. Speaking of the 4th quarter run- it was the zone that got Miami back from 21 points within single digits in just a few minutes in the fourth, but when Denver found Jokic in the middle, he broke them down either with a flip shot like in this situation, or some incredible interior passing finding guys right under the rim to put the nail in the coffin for this game 1. If Miami even hopes to make this series interesting then Jimmy Butler must be much more active and it’s inexcusable to pass away good looks like this one right here, or end up with just 2 free throws as a team. 2 free throws they actually set an NBA record for fewest free throw attempts in a playoff game. One thing that they can hope will go their way is shot making because, look at all of these open looks that Miami couldn’t convert. Max Struss went 0-9 from downtown and he better get back on track for the Heat to even have a chance in the finals. A convincing win in the opening for Denver and they made it look like they are an unsolvable problem for their opponent. Let’s see if that will be the case moving forward. Let me know what you think. That’s it for now, subscribe and talk to you in the next one. Peace out.

This is how Team USA🇺🇸 STUNNED and de-throned the Jamaican🇯🇲 sprint queens👑 in 4x100m #shorts

Twanisha Terry sprinted vigorously in the final leg to secure a gold medal for the United States in the women's 4x100m relay at the World Athletics Championships in Oregon. Despite the Jamaican team, which included the reigning 100m and 200m champions, being favored to win, they had to settle for second place as the US team delivered an impressive victory on their home turf. Germany claimed third place, while Great Britain finished sixth after Dina Asher-Smith suffered an injury during the race. The US team had a strong start, with Melissa Jefferson running the fastest split of 11.35 in the first 100m. Rising star Abby Steiner outperformed world record holder Elaine Thompson-Herah to maintain their team's lead. When Jenna Prandini passed the baton to Terry, the US team was in a commanding position, leaving Shericka Jackson, the gold medalist in the 200m world championships, with a significant gap to close in the final leg. Although Jackson gained ground on Terry in the last 100m, it wasn't enough to catch the US team, who can now celebrate another gold medal at their home World Championships. Terry expressed her pride in delivering the sprint relay gold at the first-ever World Championships held on US soil, relishing the incredible atmosphere and support from the crowd. Steiner described the race as the most enjoyable and exhilarating of her track career so far, attributing it to the special energy of Hayward Field. Jefferson, who unexpectedly won the 100m title at this year's national championships, highlighted the surprise nature of their victory, emphasizing their team's confidence and ability to showcase their capabilities to the world.
