Player of the MOTW Mohamed Aly delivered 13 saves – including a decisive stop in the dying moments – to anchor Sporting’s aggregate triumph 60:58 in Plock. Even with Kosorotov and Fazekas pushing the home handball team of Wisła forward, Aly’s presence kept the hosts from ever gaining the cushion they needed. His late heroics paved the way for Sporting to advance to the Machineseeker EHF Champions League quarter-finals, where they will face Aalborg. 👉 Watch every game live on https://ehftv.com Stay connected with us on every platform: 🔹 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thehomeofhandball 🔹 TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@homeofhandball 🔹 Facebook: https://facebook.com/homeofhandball/ 🔹 X: https://x.com/ehfcl 🔹 Spotify – The Spin Podcast: https://bit.ly/TheSpinPodcast 🔹 Subscribe to our newsletters: • Home of Handball Newsletter https://bit.ly/NewsletterHoH • EHF EURO Newsletter https://bit.ly/NewsletterEHFEURO #handball #ehf #homeofhandball

The Girls Under-20 4x100 meter relay final at CARIFTA 2026 turned into a strong championship performance from Jamaica, as they clocked 43.76 to take gold over Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados. From the first leg to the anchor, Jamaica looked like the most complete team in the field. Their quartet of Renecia Edwards, Tiana Marshall, Natrece East, and Shanoya Douglas combined raw speed, control, and clean baton execution to get the job done when the pressure was highest. But this race was not a runaway. Trinidad and Tobago stayed in the fight all the way through, finishing second in 44.17, while Barbados and Bahamas battled right to the line for the bronze medal. In this video, I break down: How Jamaica controlled the race Why Trinidad and Tobago still ran a very strong final The tight bronze-medal battle Which relay exchanges made the biggest difference And why this final was won on more than just pure sprint speed Because when it comes to the 4x100… one clean exchange can be the difference between gold and going home disappointed. Final Results 🥇 Jamaica – 43.76 🥈 Trinidad and Tobago – 44.17 🥉 Barbados – 45.40 4️⃣ Bahamas – 45.44 5️⃣ Grenada – 47.77 Comment your take below 👇 Did Jamaica dominate this race… or did Trinidad make them earn it? Full game recap and highlights from the Denver Nuggets vs Dallas Mavericks as Denver returns home on the second night of a back-to-back in one of their toughest schedule stretches of the season. Playing on limited rest after a late arrival, the Nuggets had to dig deep against a high-powered Mavericks team. Early on, you could see the fatigue. Denver started a step slow defensively, allowing Dallas to find rhythm from the perimeter, but strong ball movement on offense kept them in it. Jamal Murray set the tone immediately, attacking with confidence and carrying the scoring load while the rest of the lineup found their footing. Even when the offense stalled briefly after rotations shifted, Murray’s presence kept Denver within striking distance. The second quarter is where things took off. With Nikola Jokic back on the floor orchestrating, the Nuggets offense opened up in a big way. Quick outlet passes, unselfish play, and perimeter shooting sparked a major run. Murray caught fire from deep, knocking down multiple threes and completely flipping the momentum. Denver tightened things up just enough defensively to create separation and head into halftime with control. Out of the break, the intensity picked up on both sides. Jokic continued to dominate the flow of the game, creating easy looks and controlling the tempo, but the Mavericks refused to go away. Dallas capitalized on fouls and defensive lapses to chip into the lead, turning it into a back-and-forth battle. Every time the Nuggets looked ready to pull away, the Mavs answered, keeping the pressure on heading into the fourth. And then it became the Jamal Murray show. In the final quarter, Murray elevated to another level, hitting tough shots, attacking the rim, and delivering in big moments as the Mavericks closed the gap. Dallas made a late push with timely three-point shooting, turning it into a one-possession game, but Denver responded with clutch plays from both Murray and Jokic to maintain control. Despite the fatigue, the Nuggets never folded. This game was a statement about resilience as much as anything else. On the second night of a back-to-back, Denver executed offensively at a high level and found just enough stops late to protect home court in a high-scoring battle. Jamal Murray delivered one of his best performances of the season, exploding for over 50 points and taking over when it mattered most. Nikola Jokic anchored the offense once again, finishing just shy of another massive stat line while creating opportunities all over the floor. The biggest takeaway is simple. This team is starting to look like it’s hitting playoff form at the right time. Even with one of the most demanding schedules in the league and visible fatigue early, Denver showed the ability to adjust, lock in, and close out a dangerous opponent. Final Score: Denver Nuggets 142, Dallas Mavericks 135 Also I’m looking for a co-host or someone willing to join the show. DM me on X @IronRoadProds.
