FACup QR3. What a game! 4 goals and a penalty shoot out for the 289 fans inside Park Lane. I got goosebumps doing the edit! 2-2 after full time, 16 penalties were needed to settle this tie. Canvey settled straight away and were 2-0 up inside 17 minutes, Biggleswade halved the deficit before the break and equalised mid way through the second half. Canvey sealed the win 4-3 on penalties with their keeper saving 5! Congrats to them and good luck for the next round, we at BFC have a home league fixture on Tuesday 06.October to look forwards to. EVESHAM UNITED V BIGGLESWADE FC 26.SEPTEMBER.2020
FA Trophy QR1. Biggleswade had their first try at advancing in this competition last season (void) but went out, (having gone deep in the vase before) history repeated itself as a lively Evesham won this one 2-1. A penalty after 2 minutes set them on their way and they doubled their lead in the second half. Although FC pulled one back they couldn't find an equaliser and now head to Welwyn Garden City in the league on Tuesday anf the FA Cup on Saturday at Canvey Island. CATtv cameras are out again today (Sunday ) at Whitham Town to film the charity match featuring amongst others, BFC's very own Adam Drakulic, 2 p.m. KO. Highlights to follow. XXX
EDGWARE TOWN V BIGGLESWADE UNITED
Biggleswade United travelled to Edgware, North West London hoping to get something from the 3G pitch that provided Goal of the Season, last season. Spanish YouTube Rafael Escrig and colleague were here to film, Arya Yuyutsu was in from India, Steve Farrell on live stream, Cameron Hazzard and Matt Lang commentating and we have match views with Elliott Browne, Chris Thomas(cameraman), Guillem Balague, Liam Andrews and George Brinkman during the live action. A stunning goal and celebration from Edgware added to the fun!

In front of a record crowd of 323 at Second Meadow, home to Biggleswade United, "El Wadeico 5" produced a fantastic battle between league leaders Biggleswade FC and Biggleswade United, hot on their heels in fourth. 4 goals and 2 straight reds (Same incident) although this match wasn't dirty at all, it was a pleasure to be involved as we streamed live around the world. WHAT AN ADVERT FOR THIS LEVEL OF FOOTBALL. Thanks to both sides, lets hope there are many more derbies to come. xxxx Merry Xmas everyone.

Having both amassed 27 points,9 wins,3 defeats and 0 draws and with goal difference not counting (Town's was better by 10 goals and United had a game awarded to them), we had a Title Play Off Decider.
