Habs VS Jets Game Review - April 8th, 2021
So its time to review the big game last night between the Habs and the Jets. The Jets won this one by a score of 4-2, and their goaltender stood on his head... Connor Hellebuck is INSANE! The Habs had many chances, Tomas Tatar, Josh Anderson, Jonathan Drouin all had several shots and could not put the puck past the Jets goaltender. However, both of these teams play again Saturday night, so its going to be interesting to see how the rematch goes, and if Jake Allen gets the start again for the Habs, or if they elect to go with young goaltender Cayden Primeau! The Winnipeg Jets are currently in a dog fight for 2nd place in the Northern Division with the Edmonton Oilers, and the Montreal Canadiens are clinging to 4th place in the division, as the Calgary Flames are struggling of late, but can definitely get hot at any time and make a push for the last remaining playoff position. Habs VS Leafs Game Review - April 7th. 2021
OK, its time to take a look at the game last night, April 7th, 2021, between the Montreal Canadiens and the Toronto Maple Leafs, where the Habs were defeated by a score of 3-2. In this video we review the game, and discuss each goal in detail. Corey Perry scored both Habs goals on Jack Campbell, while Auston Matthews, TJ Brodie, and Zach Hyman scored 3 of the goals against Jake Allen and the Habs. I felt both goalies played well, although at the end of the night, it was Jack Campbell celebrating his 10th straight win of the season, along with his teammates, after yet again, a very impressive performance in net. What a comeback win last night by the Habs, defeating the Oilers by a score of 3-2 in overtime, with Eric Staal getting the winner and sparking a storybook beginning to his arrival in Montreal. The Montreal Canadiens loss their game against the Ottawa Senators on Saturday night, by a score of 6-3, 5 of these goals being scored on Carey Price, while 1 goal by Drake Batherson was an empty netter. There was also a fight between Shea Weber and Brady Tkachuk, a guy who has been a thorn in the Habs sides since breaking into the NHL, while being an absolute beast for the Sens. In this video we review the entire game, from a Habs fan perspective, so come on in, and sit back and enjoy my misery, as I go through every painful detail of the game last night between these two teams of the Northern Division. Alright guys, its time for a game preview for the game tonight between the Habs and the Sens, the last time these two teams met was during the beginning in March, and the Montreal Canadiens pulled off a 3-1 victory over the Ottawa Senators. The Habs are coming into this game tonight with 2 consecutive wins, and have are trying to gain speed seperating themselves from the Flames and Canucks, who are both within reach of the last playoff position. Meanwhile the Sens may be at the bottom of the Northern Division standings, but they are a young team with lots of talent and they must be taken seriously! Who will win the game tonight?! McDavid Elbows Kotkaniemi Review / Breakdown
So in this video we review the incident that happened in the game last night between the Montreal Canadiens and the Edmonton Oilers. During the first period, Jasperi Kotkaniemi delivers a pass to teammate Paul Byron, as Connor McDavid skates towards him, and out of pure frustration, throws an intentional elbow to the face of Kotkaniemi, which drops him to the ice. KK Would be ok and gets up quickly, as the refs assess a minor penalty against McDavid. There is alot of debate here from not only Hab fans, but other fans around the league, about whether or not McDavid should receive supplemental discipline from the league , whether that be a fine, or even a suspension. Here is a review of the game last night between the Montreal Canadiens and the Edmonton Oilers, two teams that squared off on March 30th, 2021 , to attempt to play a game for the second time this season. The original matchup was called off due to covid-19 complications, but things were ready to go tonight, and after having a full week off, the Habs came out strong and played a really good game against the Oilers, defeating them 4-0 with Carey Price earning his first shutout of the regular season. What Is Going On With The Buffalo Sabres
What is going on in Buffalo right now guys. The Sabres have now lost 17 games in a row, and do not show any signs of slowing down any time soon. Although they are suffering from many significant injuries which for sure is having a huge impact on their recent play, there is also no excuse for how things were going at the beginning of the 2021 NHL season for the Sabres. Taylor Hall, Jeff Skinner, Kyle Okposo, Rasmus Dahlin, and many more have been huge upsets for the team, and are collectively stinking out the joint! You would have to imagine that the Buffalo Sabres organization are listening to offers on just about anybody on their roster right now, heading into the April 12th trade deadline.
