League One Predictions | Sunderland vs Charlton, Crewe vs Oxford
Very Biased Opinions turn their attention to predict all of the action in Sky Bet League One for the full round of fixtures on 10th April 2021 Ian did this round of League One Predictions solo, so let’s start with Oxford United. After defeat to Accrington on Easter Monday it does feel like season over. Ian has to back them to beat Crewe, but I think he is more interested in what excuse Karl Robinson will come up with. The Heavy hitters are all slugging it out at the top end of the table. Peterborough, Hull, Sunderland & Portsmouth are all in fine form and desperate to take those automatic spots, but don't rule out Blackpool just yet. They are in amazing form and are ready to strike if there are some slip ups. Northampton vs Bristol Rovers is a massive 6 pointer down the bottom of the league. Both sides will be looking at this as a must not lose. All those team at the bottom are running out of games though and have to start getting points on the board ASAP. 12 games in total and Ian gives thoughts on all of them. Premier League Predictions 2020/2021 | Round 31 | Spurs vs Man Utd
The Premier League sees Jose Mourinho and Tottenham Hotspur host Ole and Manchester United, Ian & Thomas give their predictions and advice for this and all the other games! That's right, a huge weekend of Premier League action ahead of us. Easily headlined by Manchester United visiting Tottenham who are grappling for a Champions League spot. They missed the chance last week and memories of their 6-1 defeat of the Red Devils will still bring a smile to their faces. Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba almost certainly have other ideas though and will look to defeat Harry Kane, Son and Bale. Elsewhere Manchester City's procession to the title will continue as Pep Guardiola's side host Leeds United who still play some of the most exciting football in the league. Bielsa and Bamford will be hoping to shock the champions elect but it's hard to look past the blue moon rising. Brighton & Hove Albion will be looking to avoid ANOTHER loss from a willing position when they host Carlo Ancelotti's Everton side that have everything BUT consistency... In one of the more boring matches of the weekend Sean Dyche and Burnley will host the most boring side in the League in Steve Bruce's Newcastle United. Bored. Palace look set to lose by 1 or 2 goals to Tuchel's Chelsea side who will be smarting from their result last round. Liverpool will be really hoping to not concede another 4+ goals to this Villa side who def have their number. Grealish or no Grealish Watkins has run this defence all over the shop and this remains a really enticing game. Other games taking place this weekend is Sheffield United hosting Arsenal, West Bromwich Albion vs Southampton and last but not least Leicester City will travel to London to do battle with David Moyes surprise package West Ham United. Oxford United 1-2 Accrington Stanley | Review | Nowhere near good enough for promotion.
It’s time for another review of another Oxford United game. Today Ian & Robert review Oxford's 1-2 defeat to Accrington in League One It’s the business end of the season and Oxford really needed a win. but it was Accrington who seemed to play with more desire and more effort and they ended up winning the game. Oxford were very reactionary again as they didn't really start playing in either half until they were a goal down. Elliott Lee did score a good equaliser for Oxford, but it was just another one of those performances that proves that they are nowhere near good enough for promotion. So, the playoff dream is over and it feels that the season will fizzle out now. It’s been a tough season for every club, but tactics and decision making on the pitch leave a lot to be desired. Very Biased Opinions turn their attention to predict all of the action in Sky Bet League One for the full round of fixtures on Easter Monday. It’s getting to the crunch time of the season Ian & Thomas did this round of League One Predictions before they saw the games on Good Friday, so forgive them for being a bit behind the times. Let’s start with Oxford United. After defeat to Sunderland their games are starting to feel "MUST WIN" so they really need to beat Accrington if they have any chance of the playoffs. The biggest game on Monday sees Peterborough vs Sunderland. Both sides are flying at the top of the league and are in great form. It should be a classic. Hull are also pushing for automatic promotion, but need to start converting their chances. They will be looking to high scoring win against struggling Northampton. Portsmouth are another side going for Automatic promotion and they like Hull, will look to improve the goal difference against lowly Wigan. 12 games in total and we give our thoughts on all of them. Oxford United 2-1 Lincoln City | Review | All is forgiven OUFC 💛💙💛💙
In this Video you will Ian & Tom from VBO talk about Oxford's wonderful 2-1 victory of Lincoln City in Sky Bet League One. All is forgiven after 2 rubbish games, and the promotion push is back on Poor Form, and normally rubbish when on Sky Sports, you would forgive Oxford fans for not being too optimistic for this game against Lincoln City. BUT!!! it was a return to form and a rare win from a goal down too. It finished Oxford United 2-1 Lincoln City. So OUFC went 1-0 after 4 minutes and it all seemed doom and gloom, but a superb display saw them come back with goals from Anthony Forde and Matty Taylor to win the game. It leaves Oxford Utd on the cusp of the playoffs again and they finally get some time to rest before a big game on good Friday against Sunderland. League One Predictions | Oxford vs Lincoln | Bristol Rovers vs Sunderland
League One predictions including Oxford United vs Lincoln City, Bristol Rovers vs Sunderland and Hull City vs Gillingham in a huge round of fixtures. A big round of fixtures in the League One this weekend which is headlined on Friday night as playoff chasing Oxford United do battle with Lincoln City. City have dropped to third because of indifferent form but Oxfords playoff push seems to be bursting at the seams as they have lost 2 eminently winnable games on the bounce. Elsewhere Joey Bartons Bristol City will hope for an upturn in form as they battle one of the form teams in the league, Sunderland, who under Johnson are playing much better football than any of us imagined.
