Sade McCreath says Canada believes it can challenge Jamaica and the USA after NR at World Relays

Canadian sprint star Sade McCreath joins Leighton Levy on the Mr Analyst channel to discuss Canada’s breakthrough performances at the World Athletics Relays in Botswana, where the women’s 4x100m team clocked a sensational national record 42.17. McCreath explains why Canada now believes it can become a consistent 41-second relay team capable of challenging powerhouses like Jamaica and the United States at the Olympics and World Championships. She also reveals the mindset inside the Canadian camp before facing Jamaica in the final, where Canada briefly led before Jamaica stormed home to gold. The Canadian sprinter also speaks about the brilliance of relay coach Glenroy Gilbert, the electric atmosphere in Botswana, balancing elite sprinting with demanding work shifts, and coping emotionally after the recent passing of her grandmother just before the championships.

NETBALL - 2010 COMM GAMES - NEW ZEALAND vs ENGLAND
NETBALL - 2010 COMM GAMES - NEW ZEALAND vs ENGLAND

NETBALL - 2010 COMM GAMES NEW ZEALAND vs ENGLAND At the 2010 Commonwealth Games, the New Zealand netball team topped their pool with four easy victories and a 47–41 win over England. They then won their semi-final against Jamaica comfortably, while the Australian Diamonds’ five-goal margin over England in the other semi-final suggested they were a capable match for the Silver Ferns, their traditional rivals. Just how close the teams were became clear as the match, the longest official game of netball ever played, stretched over 84 pulsating minutes. The match was tight until the Silver Ferns led by seven goals early in the fourth quarter. An Australian comeback reminiscent of their surge to victory in the 1999 world championships final levelled the scores at full-time. There was still nothing between the two teams after 14 minutes of extra time. Under a rule which its drafters surely never expected to be needed, play would continue until one team was two goals ahead. Both Australian shooters missed their chance for glory; Maria Tutaia did not, and the Silver Ferns won 66–64. The epic victory won New Zealand’s second consecutive Commonwealth Games netball gold medal and matched Australia’s triumphs in 1998 and 2002. The balance has subsequently shifted once again. In 2014 the Australian Diamonds thrashed the Silver Ferns 58–40 in the gold medal match. In 2018 the New Zealanders failed to reach the final for the first time and were beaten 60–55 by Jamaica for the bronze. It was scant consolation that the Australasian duopoly was broken when Helen Housby scored in the last second of the final to give England a one-goal victory over Australia.

Quarter Pole Chaos
Quarter Pole Chaos

The A’s are officially one quarter into the 2026 season, and somehow baseball has turned into absolute comedy. Same exact record as this point last year… except this time the A’s are sitting in first place. That’s right. Same wins. Same losses. Completely different vibe. Baseball is a weird sport, man. Rob and Stud break down what’s real, what’s fool’s gold, and whether this team is actually built to survive the summer grind. From the offense heating up to the rollercoaster pitching staff, it’s time for a full quarter-point inspection while the rest of baseball still acts shocked the A’s didn’t vanish into thin air. Then it’s time to talk about the name everybody’s buzzing about: Henry Bolte. The electric call-up brings speed, swagger, chaos, and maybe a little bit of “hold onto your seat” energy to this roster. Rob and Stud dive into what Bolte changes immediately, what expectations should realistically be, and why this upcoming homestand against the St. Louis Cardinals and San Francisco Giants could say a lot about where this season is headed. First place baseball in May? Nobody saw this coming outside the sickos watching every inning. Brand new All On Green goes LIVE at 4:30 on YouTube. Lane Kiffin’s Ole Miss Comments Are Causing a Firestorm
Lane Kiffin’s Ole Miss Comments Are Causing a Firestorm

Lane Kiffin, LSU football, Ole Miss football, SEC recruiting, Vanity Fair, Pete Golding, and the fallout from Kiffin leaving Ole Miss for LSU are all back in the spotlight after Kiffin’s latest comments created a major stir across college football. Joe DeLeone and Blake Ruffino react to Lane Kiffin’s Vanity Fair comments about his time at Ole Miss, his move to LSU, and the recruiting challenges he says he faced in Oxford. Kiffin discussed why he believes LSU has recruiting advantages over Ole Miss, including comments tied to diversity, campus perception, and how some families viewed Ole Miss during his time as head coach. ESPN reported that Kiffin later clarified he hoped the comments came across respectfully and said he viewed them as factual rather than “shots” at Ole Miss. The guys break down why these comments matter for LSU football, Ole Miss football, SEC recruiting, and the ongoing tension between Kiffin, Ole Miss fans, and the Rebels program now led by Pete Golding. Kiffin left Ole Miss after the 2025 season for LSU, a move that already created major backlash because of the timing and the rivalry implications. Did Lane Kiffin make a fair point about recruiting at Ole Miss, or did he just make the LSU-Ole Miss fallout even worse? #CollegeFootball #LSUFootball #OleMissFootball #LaneKiffin #SEC #PeteGolding #CFBNews Sign up for our newsletter! https://ruffinoandjoeshow.beehiiv.com/ Be sure to hit like and subscribe to this channel.
