Will Stars Clinch Home Ice Advantage Against New York Rangers? – Game 80 | DLLS STARS PREGAME

Check out Fran Duffy’s 2026 Diehard Draft Guide! https://alldlls.com/draftguide26/ Coming off an emotional win over the Minnesota Wild, the Dallas Stars will host the New York Rangers this afternoon at American Airlines Center (4 p.m. CT) with a chance to lock up second place in the Central Division, which would give them home ice advantage for their upcoming first round playoff series against the Wild. The Stars will be without their talisman, Miro Heiskanen, who suffered a lower body injury against Minnesota on Thursday and his status for the post season is very much up in the air. The Rangers have been mathematically eliminated from the playoff race, but they have been surprisingly good lately, going 5-2-0 in their last 7 games. On today’s DLLS Stars Pregame Show, we will discuss all the big storylines, we will take a look at the expected lineups and Sam will report live from the AAC. Expected starting goaltenders: Jake Oettinger (DAL) vs. Igor Shesterkin (NYR).
