Montana State Parks AmeriCorps

Take a glimpse into what it's like to serve as a Montana State Parks AmeriCorps member. Montana State Parks AmeriCorps promotes healthy, active, and environmentally aware communities by enhancing park land, enriching educational opportunities, increasing volunteerism, and improving community outreach in state parks. Our members serve at state parks and regional offices across the state of Montana. As a Montana State Parks AmeriCorps member, you will likely spend time: Bringing lessons to life for children as you help strengthen Montana State Parks as an outdoor classroom. Honing your interpretive skills as you develop a trail guide, interpretive sign or give a campfire presentation. Instilling a sense of stewardship in local community members as you organize volunteer events and promote volunteer opportunities. Undergoing the experience of a lifetime as you share your skills and abilities with Montana State Parks, the local community and the nation through AmeriCorps.
