The Fabio Wardley vs Daniel Dubois fight week events have been opened up to the public in Manchester. Ipswich’s Wardley defends his WBO world heavyweight title to former world champion Dubois this weekend on May 9 at the Co-op Live in Manchester. Fabio Wardley has called for Daniel Dubois to make it “a firefight” straightaway when they box for his WBO heavyweight world title next month. Wardley puts his championship on the line against former world titlist Dubois in Manchester. Dubois is known for his tremendous punching power. The Ontario Reign battled the Coachella Valley Firebirds in the decisive fifth game of Round 2 of the Calder Cup Playoffs at Toyota Arena, with the series tied 2-2 heading into a do-or-die matchup. Coachella struck first early in the opening period, but Jack Hughes answered to even things up at 1-1. The Firebirds regained the lead before Andre Lee came through with the equalizer to make it 2-2 and send it into overtime. Both teams traded chances in a hard-fought first overtime, but it was Coachella Valley finding the game-winner early in double overtime to take Game 5 and win the series 3-2.
