Leclerc responded "Mercedes are doing an excellent job, and I have a lot of respect for the way they work, but I would rather stay at Ferrari, where I will give everything I can to get the team back the place it deserves” Leclerc further elaborated on this to sum up his words “I love driving with Ferrari and I am proud of it, it is a legendary team in Formula 1. All I want now is to take our engine and car back to the highest level.
