Profisportlerin mit 17: Erst Sportinternat, dann Olympia 2024 | Y-Kollektiv
Emma Malewski ist 17 Jahre alt, sie ist Profiturnerin am Olympiastützpunkt Chemnitz. Ihr Ziel: Olympia 2024. Die Sportler:innen trainieren zwei Mal am Tag, 30 Stunden die Woche, haben zwei Wochen Ferien. Die restliche Zeit verbringen sie in der Schule, beim Lernen oder bei der Physiotherapie. Am Wochenende geht‘s auf Wettkämpfe, öffentliche Veranstaltungen oder es muss Schulkram nachgeholt werden. Party gibt‘s selten mal, ihre Eltern sehen die Sportler:innen maximal einmal im Monat: Das Training geht vor. Zeit für die erste große Liebe: Fehlanzeige. Cash und Fame gibt‘s außer im Fußball beim Profi-Turnen kaum. Wofür das alles also? Um einmal ganz oben an der Weltspitze zu stehen, auf einem Weltmeisterschaften- oder Olympia-Treppchen. UBC Physio Open 2016
Promotional video created by Leena Chen and Justin Baerg of UBC Masters of Physiotherapy. The UBC Physio Open presented by Ladysport and FitFirst is a fundraiser for our 2016 graduating class. It will be held at Gleneagles Golf Course on Wednesday July 27th, and will include a BBQ dinner, 50/50 raffle and silent auction.
