As the Kevin Durant trade scenarios and trade rumors continue, the Sixers have entered the mix on Kevin Durant trade rumors and there's mutual interest as Kevin Durant reportedly wants a chance to play in Philly with the Sixers and James Harden and Joel Embiid. The NBA rumors are that Kevin Durant wants to join the Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers, Miami Heat, or Phoenix Suns. Reportedly, according to Ian Begley of SNY, the Philadelphia 76ers have had conversations about trading for Kevin Durant and there are "higher-ranking" members in the organization that think the Sixers should pursue a trade for Kevin Durant from the Brooklyn Nets. In the proposed trade, the Sixers would have to give up Tyrese Maxey and Tobias Harris, plus other trade assets like Matisse Thybulle and picks. There have been lots of Tobias Harris trade rumors and Tobias Harris trades proposed throughout the Sixers offseason but nothing has come to fruition.
