Bumgarner Washed Up or Just Off To a Slow Start???

San Francisco Giants legend Madison Bumgarner AKA "MADBUM" is off to a rough 2020, especially after the Astros teed off on him in Arizona. However, the new Diamondbacks pitcher is a notorious slow starter who thrives in high leverage situations, especially in the playoffs. This makes it hard to determine whether he is really washed up or just off to a slow start. Sadly, I'd say it's probably a combination - he is no longer an Ace type pitcher.
