Harvey Barnes scored the first goal of the game giving Leicester the lead with the Barnes goal vs Aston Villa. Aston Villa got back into the game very quickly through Ezri Konsa with the konsa goal vs Leicester and the konsa goals vs Leicester. Villa went ahead but var ruled it out with the villa var vs Leicester with kasper involved with Jacob Ramsey. Going into the second half, villa got ahead through Ezri Konsa making it villa 2-1 Leicester and of course that is how the game ended in a very poor result for Leicester at villa park! (On unhappy with decisions) again I prefer to stay on mute on that. 1:07 ON PERFORMANCE: really strong performance again, we completely dominated the game, we dominated every department and we should’ve won the game. The way the team played the energy they showed the quality they showed, the amount of chances in situations we created, how quickly we regained the ball, how we controlled the long balls and second balls, how aggressive we were on our duels, incredible. But it wasn’t enough to win the game. 5:05 ON PARTEY: I dunno he has a muscular issue so we had to take him off, he couldn’t carry on playing. Aston Villa maintain their European hopes up this season after defeating Arsenal 1-0 at Villa Park. The goal came after an early mistake by Cedric, who gave the ball away clumsily to Traore who assisted Ollie Watkins after. The possession was then primarily dominated by the Gunners who had some decent chances to equalise, however, Villa’s defence, commanded by Tyrone Mings and Ezri Konsa, was too solid. Additionally, Matty Cash and Emi Martinez had remarkable performances. Odegaard came in as a sub in the second half and showed tremendous promise, linking up well with Bukayo Saka and Nicolas Pepe. Ultimately, Arteta will be disappointed by the result, however, won’t be entirely displeased by the performance.
