Back to regular programming in Australia - I catch my smallest trout ever
Back to Australian Trout Fishing After New Zealand Success | Tough Day on the River | Gloucester NSW First trout fishing session back home in Australia after an epic trip to New Zealand with Spencer in March 2026. I headed to the Gloucester region on a beautiful clear river with zero expectations… and the river delivered exactly that! 5 hours of hard fishing with the Euro nymphing setup, switching between nymphs and dries, and I finally landed the smallest trout I’ve ever caught. A proper silver fingerling to bring me back down to earth! In this video: • Pierre Sempe nylon + Trout Hunter 6X fluorocarbon • Full gear rundown including my Thomas & Thomas Contact II, new Simms Access Boots & Fishpond Stormshadow Chest Pack • What I eat on a full day fishing (nuts, trail mix & chocolate + bakery stops!) • Honest reflections after fishing world-class water in NZ Sometimes the fish win. This was one of those days. Timestamps: • 00:00 – Intro & setup • 03:35 – On the water in Gloucester • 07:00 – Food break (Steak pie & Blood Orange drink) • 08:35 – The smallest trout ever caught • 09:20 – Full gear talk • 11:00 – Final thoughts after a tough session Even on slow days, being out on the river beats everything. Grateful to be back fishing at home. If you’ve had a tough fishing day after a great trip, drop a comment below — you’re not alone! Gareth Bale: I Just Wanted to Play Football
In this powerful and honest moment, Gareth Bale speaks about the reality behind being a global football superstar. Despite playing for clubs like Real Madrid CF and being one of the most famous players in the world, Bale reveals that he never enjoyed the media attention, pressure, or the “circus” that comes with fame. He explains that all he ever wanted was simple: play football, give his best on the pitch, and go home to live a normal life. This clip shows a different side of football — not just goals and trophies, but the mental side of being in the spotlight. Pirates Let Another Winnable Game Slip Away
The Pittsburgh Pirates dropped the series finale against the San Francisco Giants in a frustrating game that felt very much within reach. Bubba Chandler gave the Pirates a chance, the offense created traffic, and the team had multiple opportunities to take control — but missed chances, defensive mistakes, and more bullpen concerns proved costly. On this NS9 Postgame Show powered by Primanti Brothers, Anthony and Doug break down where the game went wrong, the Pirates going just 2-for-15 with runners in scoring position, Ryan O’Hearn’s rough defensive moments, Don Kelly’s bullpen decisions, and the growing concern around Dennis Santana. They also discuss Gregory Soto’s role, Montgomery trust levels, and why this bullpen may need help sooner rather than later. The Pirates are still playing solid baseball overall, but losses like this are the ones that sting — especially when the issues are starting to look familiar. 🔴 LIVE Atlanta Braves vs Los Angeles Dodgers | Play-By-Play & Reactions | 5/10/26 🔥⚾
Welcome back to the channel, Dodgers fans! Today we’ve got the rubber match between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Atlanta Braves, and this one comes with a MAJOR storyline before first pitch even begins. 👉 The Dodgers are resting TWO key stars for the series finale. After getting dominated 7-2 by Atlanta on Saturday night, the Dodgers are making some lineup adjustments as they try to bounce back and secure the series win at Dodger Stadium. This game has: A huge pitching matchup Key lineup changes Young players getting opportunities And serious momentum implications heading into the next stretch of the season Let’s break everything down. 🔵 DODGERS STARTING LINEUP The Dodgers are giving two regular stars the day off: 👉 Teoscar Hernández is out 👉 Will Smith is also resting That means some new faces step into bigger roles for the finale. (dodgersnation.com ) Here’s the Dodgers lineup: Shohei Ohtani – DH Freddie Freeman – 1B Andy Pages – CF Kyle Tucker – RF Max Muncy – 3B Alex Call – LF Dalton Rushing – C Hyeseong Kim – SS Alex Freeland – 2B Starting Pitcher: Justin Wrobleski (LHP) This lineup definitely looks different without Teoscar and Will Smith — but it also gives younger players a huge opportunity to step up. 🚨 BIG STORY: JUSTIN WROBLESKI HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE Honestly? Justin Wrobleski has quietly become one of the Dodgers’ biggest surprises this season. Coming into today: 5-0 record 1.25 ERA through 36 innings (dodgersnation.com ) Dodgers have not lost one of his starts That’s unbelievable production from someone who started the year as rotation depth. And now? 👉 He gets a massive test against one of baseball’s best lineups. ⚾ PITCHING MATCHUP 🔵 Dodgers: Justin Wrobleski Wrobleski doesn’t overpower hitters with strikeouts… But he’s been elite at: limiting damage controlling contact keeping games calm and under control He’s allowed only two total runs over his first five starts this season. That’s ace-level production. 🔴 Braves: Bryce Elder Atlanta counters with Bryce Elder, who has also been excellent. 2.02 ERA this season Consistently pitching at least six innings Coming off a strong outing against Seattle This feels like a classic: 👉 pitch-to-contact duel. Runs may be hard to come by. 🔥 DODGERS LOOKING TO RESPOND AFTER TOUGH LOSS Saturday night was rough for LA. Blake Snell struggled in his season debut Spencer Strider dominated the Dodgers lineup Braves won 7-2 convincingly The Dodgers managed just: one hit through six innings two total runs, both coming on an Andy Pages homer in the ninth That’s why today matters. This is about: winning the series regaining momentum avoiding another offensive collapse 🌟 BIG OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUNG PLAYERS With Teoscar Hernández and Will Smith resting: 👉 Alex Call and Dalton Rushing get big opportunities. These are the kinds of games where role players can become heroes. Especially Dalton Rushing. Dodgers fans have been excited about his future for a while now, and today gives him another chance to prove he belongs at this level. 🔥 LIKE this video if you love Dodgers baseball 🔥 COMMENT your pick — Dodgers or Cardinals? 🔥 SUBSCRIBE for more Live Reaction, MLB, and baseball content!
