The Island was rocking and so were the Seawolves with 5 players in double-figures en route to a thrilling 76-73 win over the Great Danes. Makale Foreman carried Stony Brook with a team-high 23 points, Mo Gueye had 14 off the bench, Miles Latimer added 13, Andrew Garcia had 12 and Elijah Olaniyi contributed with 11 for SBU. UAlbany's Cameron Healy put on a show in the loss knocking down six threes leading the game with 28 points. The game was broadcast on 90.1 FM WUSB with Jim Ferchland, Zach Wilson and Ken Fermin delivering the action. The Seawolves advance to the America East Semifinals and will face Hartford on Tuesday March 10 at 7pm at IFCU Arena. Stony Brook lost both games to Hartford during the regular season.

Penn beats Harvard 74-71 in battle for top spot in Ivy, PHILADELPHIA (AP) — AJ Brodeur had 17 points and 12 rebounds and Pennsylvania beat Harvard 74-71 on Saturday night in a battle between the top two Ivy League teams. Penn (21-7, 11-1 Ivy League) concludes league play next week traveling to Yale and Brown. Harvard (15-12, 10-2) hosts Cornell and Columbia. Ryan Betley made four 3-pointers and scored 16 points for the Quakers. Darnell Foreman, who grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds in Friday's victory over Dartmouth, finished with 14 points and five assists but without a rebound. Caleb Wood chipped in 10 points.
