Pakaian pembalap MotoGP adalah salah satu perlengkapan keselamatan yang wajib dipakai oleh para pembalap motor profesional. Pakaian ini harus memenuhi standar tinggi yang ditetapkan oleh Federasi Internasional Sepeda Motor (FIM) untuk melindungi tubuh pembalap dari cedera, gesekan, dan benturan saat terjadi kecelakaan di lintasan. Pakaian pembalap MotoGP dibuat secara khusus sesuai dengan ukuran tubuh dan gaya berkendara masing-masing pembalap. Pakaian ini terdiri dari beberapa bagian, yaitu racing suit atau baju balap, sarung tangan, sepatu, pelindung dada, pelindung punggung, dan airbag. Semua bagian ini harus saling terhubung dan berfungsi secara optimal. Racing suit atau baju balap adalah bagian utama dari pakaian pembalap MotoGP. Baju balap ini dibuat dari bahan kulit berkualitas tinggi, biasanya kulit kanguru atau kulit sapi, yang tahan terhadap gesekan dan robekan. Kulit kanguru memiliki ketahanan gesek hingga 27 meter, sedangkan kulit sapi hanya sekitar 7 meter. Whilst today’s stage is another flat one that is bound to be the victory of a sprinter, bear in mind, looks can be deceiving. With long exposed roads in between Tarancón - Albacete, the likelihood of the peloton being split into echelons and breaks seems high. An intermediate sprint is thrown in for good measure at around 130km in, mixed with unpredictable weather that will for sure result in a fast paced conclusion to the stage. In theory, the riders have a chance to correct where they previously went wrong, and makeup time on tracks that they're now more accustomed to. But the weather is against them! Thunderstorms affected the pro stage, forcing riders to adapt to new conditions immediately for their race run, and more rain has fallen overnight making the exposed tracks more difficult to ride than last time. Congratulations to Melanie Pugin who forged herself a sizeable gap to take her seasons first win and to Jack Moir who took the debut win of his EWS career after constant improvement in his results.
