Watching Sha'Carri Richardson as a little girl reminded me of something we often forget.
Watching Sha'Carri Richardson as a little girl reminded me of something we often forget. Champions aren't created when the cameras are rolling. They're created years before anyone is watching. The same is true in business. People see someone with a strong personal brand and think: "You're lucky." No. Behind every successful personal brand are hundreds of posts, thousands of conversations, years of consistency, and countless moments when nobody was paying attention. The likes come later. The opportunities come later. The trust comes later. But only if you keep showing up. Whether you're training for Olympic gold or building your reputation on LinkedIn, the formula is the same: Start early. Stay consistent. Trust the process. The results always arrive much later than the work. That's exactly why most people quit too soon. 🎥 DefyLimits
