Welcome back to my series documenting my journey to a 4 hour marathon. In this episode I ran the Glass City Marathon! This was my 2nd ever full marathon. In the weeks leading up to the race, I was plagued with plantar fasciitis, so I didn't even know if I would make the start line. Thankfully, that didn't really bother me throughout the race. But the lack of training for the 5 weeks leading up to the race took it's toll near mile 18. That said, I'm proud that I was able to finish and I'm looking forward to the next build to show significant improvement.
