However, Brendan Rodgers' side suffered a savage blow in their final pre-season game after key centre-back Wesley Fofana was stretched off with a suspected broken leg following a very poor tackle by Villarreal's Fer Nino. This will greatly weaken the Foxes defensively with the experience Jonny Evans absent through injury and Man City may take advantage. The Premier League champions will represent strong opposition no matter what side they put out and could even hand a debut to new £100m signing Jack Grealish, although they may also struggle defensively against a team who have racked up six goals across their last two pre-season fixtures. With that in mind, consider both teams to score here in what should be an entertaining contest at Wembley.

Chelsea 2-1 Leicester REVIEW | Rudiger & Jorginho SCORES to lift Chelsea to 3rd in the Premier League | BIG WIN BBC Sport (Match Report) Chelsea beat Leicester City to boost their Champions League hopes - and leave the Foxes in danger of missing out. Just three days after Leicester beat Chelsea 1-0 in the FA Cup final, Chelsea got some measure of revenge to win thanks to Antonio Rudiger and Jorginho goals in front of 8,000 fans. Kelechi Iheanacho gave the Foxes hope but they did not create enough chances to deserve anything out of the game. Chelsea's win takes them up to third place in the table, while Liverpool could knock Leicester down to fifth place if they win at Burnley on Wednesday. There was no doubt Thomas Tuchel's side deserved their victory as Rudiger bundled home from close range from a corner. Jorginho put the game beyond doubt with a penalty after Wesley Fofana clipped Timo Werner. They had been unlucky not to be ahead at the break as Werner had a penalty appeal controversially turned down and two goals disallowed. Iheanacho's goal after good pressure from Wilfred Ndidi was not enough for Leicester, who now need to score at least three goals against Tottenham Hotspur on the final day or hope for Liverpool to drop points. There was a late melee, with most of the players and the benches involved too - with Leicester's Ricardo Pereira and unused substitute Daniel Amartey booked. It began when Antonio Rudiger pushed Ricardo Pereira, who had been cautioned for a challenge on Ben Chilwell, tempers flared, with even Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers attempting to separate the feuding stars. The only man punished for the scuffles was Chelsea sub Daniel Amartey, who was accused of 'disrespect' for hurling the Chelsea pennant on the Wembley floor. Like, Comment & Subscribe!
Leicester City defeats Chelsea to win first FA Cup after late VAR drama. Leicester defender Wes Morgan, left, and goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel lift the FA Cup trophy at Wembley Stadium. Clip: Leicester City star throws away Chelsea pennant in dressing room after FA Cup win. Some Chelsea fans may want to look away as it’s emerged that the traditional pennant (like a flag) they handed to Leicester before today’s FA Cup final has been thrown to the floor after their defeat. Wesley Fofana was one of the first Leicester players back in the dressing room after their 1-0 victory, which marked their first FA Cup triumph ever, he was soon met by unused substitute Daniel Amartey. In the immediate dressing room celebrations to the Foxes’ historical moment, Amartey picked up the pennant and threw it over his head and onto the floor. Fofana then flipped the camera back onto himself as he was left in fits of laughter before he eventually ended his Instagram live session. Leicester City won the FA Cup for the first time thanks to a sensational strike from Youri Tielemans as a dramatic, late video assistant referee decision denied Chelsea an equalizer at Wembley Stadium on Saturday. It looked like Chelsea had leveled the scores with minutes left to play when Ben Chilwell's cross bounced off defender Wes Morgan and into the Leicester City net. But Chilwell, a former Leicester player, was judged to have been offside by a narrow margin in the buildup. "Amazing, indescribable," Leicester captain Kasper Schmeichel, who produced two outstanding saves late on to deny Chelsea. "It's what dreams are made of. I've dreamt of this since I was a child. We've talked about wanting to win trophies and the performance today - the grit and determination — I'm so proud of everybody." After a largely uneventful first half, in which neither side registered a shot on target, Tielemans' strike lit up the match. The Belgian's driven, right-footed shot from 25 yards ultimately settled the contest and handed Leicester its first major trophy since being crowned Premier League champion in 2016. "Youri, wow, what a finish," Schmeichel added. "I didn't even dare to celebrate because you know there's always going to a VAR or something." Chelsea had two huge chances to equalize in the second half, but on both occasions was denied by superb saves from Schmeichel. The goalkeeper first dived to his right to deny Chilwell's header, and shortly afterward dived in the opposite direction to save a powerful shot from Mason Mount. The victory comes during an excellent season for Brendan Rodgers' Leicester, which is currently third in the Premier League and on course to qualify for the Champions League next season. It was a disappointing afternoon for Chelsea, which lost last year's FA Cup final against Arsenal and will now look towards facing Manchester City in the Champions League final on May 29. Despite enjoying more possession, Thomas Tuchel's side failed to create chances against a stubborn Leicester defense as the likes of Timo Werner and Mount were left frustrated in front of goal. Late Amartey strike lifts Leicester up to second Daniel Amartey's header with three minutes to go clinches dramatic win for Foxes Daniel Amartey scored three minutes from time to earn Leicester City a 2-1 victory at Brighton & Hove Albion that takes them up to second place in the Premier League. Adam Lallana gave the Seagulls a 10th-minute lead, latching on to Neal Maupay's through-ball and slotting low for his first Brighton goal. Sidnei Tavares was denied a long-range goal on his first Leicester start by a fine Robert Sanchez save before Lallana hit the post with a header shortly before the break. Kelechi Iheanacho found the side-netting early in the second half before drawing Leicester level with a chipped finish from a pinpoint Youri Tielemans pass on 62 minutes. Schmeichel saved low from Lallana before Amartey struck the winner. Sanchez flapped at Marc Albrighton's corner to allow a stooping Amartey to head into the net and extend Leicester's unbeaten league away run to 10 matches. The Foxes now have 53 points, two more than third-placed Manchester United who visit leaders Manchester City on Sunday. A third straight defeat leaves Brighton in 16th, three points above the relegation zone Bizarre Wood goal earns Burnley draw with Arsenal A bizarre goal from Chris Wood gave Burnley a draw with Arsenal that took them seven points clear of the relegation zone. Arsenal took the lead in the sixth minute. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang cut into the area and beat Nick Pope at his near post. Aubameyang and Bukayo Saka had chances to double the lead but each poked the ball wide. They were made to pay in the 39th minute when Granit Xhaka's attempted pass in his own area hit Wood and went in. A quiet second half came to life after 77 minutes. Erik Pieters' fabulous 30-yard volley was tipped over by Bernd Leno, who denied Wood with his legs shortly after. Pieters was shown a red card and Arsenal awarded a penalty as referee Andre Marriner deemed he had blocked Nicolas Pepe's shot on the line with his arm. But the decision was overturned after VAR had found it was not handball. Arsenal almost snatched a win in stoppage time as Ben Mee blocked Aubameyang's shot before Dani Ceballos's strike hit a post. A fifth home draw in a row keeps Burnley 15th on 30 points. Arsenal stay 10th on 38 points.
