Salihamidzic - director deportivo - y Flick, deberían tener una estrecha y fluida relación, y cuando esto no sucede pueden empezar los problemas, si bien, el Bayern sí deja sus proyectos deportivos en manos del director deportivo y del cuerpo técnico, de ahí sus excelentes éxitos, a pesar de problemas como estos.
