Interlagos nunca falla. La Fórmula 1 ha finalizado su gira americana en el Gran Premio de Brasil 2022 y puedo decir sin problema que ha sido el mejor de la temporada. La clasificación bajo la lluvia, espectacular, con la primera pole de Kevin Magnussen; la carrera sprint, entretenida; y la carrera de hoy, muy muy buena, con mucha acción, drama en pista y la primera victoria de George Russell en la F1. Carlos Sainz ha finalizado en el podio, con su compatriota Fernando Alonso firmando una gran remontada y terminando en quinta posición. Las cosas no le han salido muy bien a Checo Pérez, que ha terminado enfadado con Max Verstappen tal y como lo hizo saber por la radio por su poco compañerismo al final de la carrera. Pero bueno, con Sainz y con Alonso también ha habido lío por la radio con Leclerc y Ocon. Drama completo. 'Debes ayudar a Checo Pérez' El Jalón de orejas de Helmut Marko a Max Verstappen tras GP de Brasil
Tras el conflicto interno entre Checo Pérez y Max Verstappen en el cierre del Gran Premio de Brasil, alguien tenía que tratar de poner las cosas en orden y esos han sido Christian Horner y Helmut Marko, director y asesor de la escudería, respectivamente, quienes tras finalizar la carrera aseguraron que hablaron en corto con los dos pilotos. Helmut Marko se mostró sorprendido por la negativa de Max Verstappen a dejar pasar a Sergio Pérez en el Gran Premio de Brasil, incumpliendo las órdenes del equipo. Verstappen recibió instrucciones de dejar pasar a Pérez en la última vuelta para ayudar en su impulso por la P2 en el Campeonato de Pilotos, pero se negó, diciendo que tenía sus razones para hacerlo. Pérez respondió que Verstappen "mostró quién es en realidad" , ya que el mexicano ahora está empatado a puntos con Charles Leclerc en la final de Abu Dhabi. Reaccionando al momento controvertido, Marko simplemente dijo que: "El objetivo de Red Bull es tomar el segundo lugar en el campeonato con Checo, y Max debe hacer todo lo posible para ayudarlo con eso. Ferrari had an abysmal Mexican Grand Prix weekend, running miles off the pace and clearly being surpassed by Mercedes as the closest thing Red Bull and Max Verstappen have to a challenge right now. The gap from the front to the red cars of Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc was so big it seemed reminiscent of this time a year ago, when Ferrari had established itself over McLaren as the third-fastest team in F1, but didn’t yet have the car to take the fight to Red Bull and Mercedes. So why was Mexico such a throwback? No F1 car that’s as fast as the Ferrari could suddenly turn that bad overnight in normal circumstances.
