This conference focused on the historical verification of "Subak" and explored the shared cultural heritage of martial arts in Northeast Asia. It serves as a vital record for understanding the traditional body mechanics and historical lineage of Korean martial arts in a global context. In 2018, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea announced the officially recognized traditional martial arts transmission categories under the Traditional Martial Arts Promotion Act: Subak,Ssireum,Traditional Archery,Taekkyeon We introduce various activities related to the preservation of historical video materials, movement documentation, traditional training methods, genealogical research, and disappearing embodied knowledge associated with Korean martial arts heritage. Mitchell was quiet in the first half, but his spider senses were absolutely tingling in the 2nd half by Tying Sleepy Floyd’s 2nd Half Playoff Scoring Record of 39 points. The Knicks are also having a Historic NBA Playoffs run so far: the 2026 New York Knicks have broken the record for the best point differential through the first 10 games of a postseason in NBA history, surpassing the 2017 Golden. Which basically means the Knicks are blowing out every team they face. Through 10 games of the 2026 playoffs, the Knicks established a +194 point differential. The 2017 Warriors held the previous record with a +170 point differential in their first 10 games. In the 2026 NBA Playoffs, LeBron James made history by becoming the first player to appear in 300 playoff games. Oh and by the way That is 300 games in a Row! Talk about Iron Man, he has never missed a Playoff Game in his Career. Victor Wembanyama set an NBA record for the most blocked shots in a playoff game (12) on May 4, 2026, during Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals against the Minnesota Timberwolves. He also recorded a rare playoff triple-double in that game, becoming the first player in history to achieve 10+ blocks in a playoff game.
