In this Oklahoma vs. Oklahoma State Preview & Prediction 2021: Bedlam video, I will breakdown the rivalry game between the Oklahoma Sooners & Oklahoma State Cowboys. I will give the game odds, provide both team & individual stats, give keys to victory for both teams and at the end, will give my score prediction. Bedlam is a rivalry that dates back to 1904 and has been played every year since. Oklahoma has dominated the series, however, with a record of 89-19-7. A win for Oklahoma would guarantee a rematch for the Big 12 title, as the Cowboys have already clinched a spot in that game. An Oklahoma loss, combined with a Baylor win over Texas Tech, would assure that the Sooners do not play for a Big 12 Championship; but instead Baylor would play the Cowboys. This game also has College Football Playoff ramifications, as both teams are in the top 10 in the latest CFP rankings. Oklahoma comes into the game ranked 10th in the latest College Football Playoff rankings with a record of 9-1. They will likely be led by star true Freshman Quarterback, Caleb Williams, who coach Lincoln Riley has said will remain the starter. Williams has a Quarterback Rating of 176 and is just as capable of beating defenses with his legs as much as his arm. Also on offense for the Sooners is Running Back, Kennedy Brooks, who averages over 6 yards per carry on the ground. Wide Receiver, Marvin Mims, averages over 22 yards per reception on the year and is a big play threat on every snap. Oklahoma State comes in ranked #7 in the CFP rankings, also with a record of 9-1. They have the top defense in the Big 12 and the third best defense in the nation. They are led by Linebacker, Malcolm Rodriguez, who is tied atop the Big 12 in tackles with 96 on the season. On the offensive side of the ball, the Cowboys are led by Quarterback, Spencer Sanders, and Running Back, Jaylen Warren. Sanders accounts for just over 241 per game of total offense. Warren is a workhorse back, who has carried the ball 220 times on the season, tallying 1,078 yards and 10 touchdowns. They also have Wide Receiver, Tay Martin, who has 765 yards receiving on the year so far. In this video, I will give my thoughts on the college football game between the West Virginia Mountaineers & the Oklahoma State Cowboys that took place on Saturday, November 6, 2021 in Morgantown, WV. Oklahoma State dominated the game, especially on defense, holding WVU’s offense to just 3 points and 133 yards of total offense. West Virginia Quarterback, Jarrett Doege, was sacked eight times and West Virginia’s Running Backs were held to just 2.4 yards per carry on the day.
