ZIM vs PAK, 2021: 2nd T20I Match Analysis 2021 - Pakistan vs Zimbabwe 2nd T20I #PAKvZIM #ZIMvPAK Preview Pakistan started their campaign in the three-match T20Is against Zimbabwe with an 11-run win at the Harare Sports Club. But despite the win on Wednesday, the visitors have a lot to ponder about, especially because of their lackluster batting. Barring Mohammad Rizwan, no other Pakistan batter looked settled. Rizwan ended up scoring more than 55 percent of the total runs scored by his team. The second game of the series is set to take place on Friday, April 23 and Pakistan would be looking to take an unassailable lead. As far as the hosts are concerned, they had their moments in the opening match, both with the ball and bat. However, they failed to keep the opposition in check. But on the back of the spirited show, Sean Williams and Co have the potential to make a comeback. Pitch Report The pitch in Harare was a tad difficult to bat on in the first game. However, Rizwan showed that itās possible to score runs with a bit of patience if one is willing to bide oneās time in the middle. The track has helped the team, batting first, and hence, chasing can be avoided. The conditions will be partly sunny with a temperature around 24 degrees Celsius. The humidity will mostly in the low-40s. Probable Playing XIs: Zimbabwe Tinashe Kamunhukamwe, Craig Ervine, Tadiwanshe Marumani, Sean Williams (C), Wesley Madhevere, Regis Chakabva, Ryan Burl, Wellington Masakadza, Luke Jongwe, Blessing Muzarabani, Richard Ngarava Bench: Tapiwa Mufudza, Tanaka Chivanga, Donald Tiripano, Brendan Taylor Pakistan Babar Azam (C), Mohammad Rizwan (WK), Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Hafeez, Haider Ali, Danish Aziz, Mohammad Nawaz, Faheem Ashraf, Mohammad Hasnain, Haris Rauf, Usman Qadir Bench: Sharjeel Khan, Mohammad Wasim Jr, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Zahid Mahmood, Asif Ali, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Hasan Ali

š3nd T20I Afghanistan vs Zimbabwe Match: AFG vs ZIM, 3nd T20I, Afghanistan vs Zimbabwe in UAE, 2021 Date: Saturday, March 20, 2021 Time:3:30 PM Venue: Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi Afghanistan Squad: Rahmanullah Gurbaz (wk), Asghar Afghan (c), Karim Janat, Mohammad Nabi, Rashid Khan, Najibullah Zadran, Usman Ghani, Hashmatullah Shahidi, Amir Hamza, Naveen-ul-Haq, Fareed Malik, Afsar Zazai, Ibrahim Zadran, Sharafuddin Ashraf, Fazalhaq Farooqi Zimbabwe Squad: Sean Williams (c), Richmond Mutumbami (wk), Tinashe Kamunhukamwe, Tarisai Musakanda, Sikandar Raza, Ryan Burl, Wesley Madhevere, Donald Tiripano, Brandon Mavuta, Blessing Muzarabani, Richard Ngarava, Prince Masvaure, Milton Shumba, Regis Chakabva, Wellington Masakadza, Kevin Kasuza, Victor Nyauchi, Faraz Akram Preview: Afghanistan carried forward momentum from their win in the second Test against Zimbabwe into the shortest format, comfortably overcoming Zimbabwe to take a series lead in the three-match series. It wasn't just the all-round brilliance, but what would've given them more confidence was that they managed to do so without five of their players, including Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Gulbadin Naib, who had arrived in UAE late due to visa issues. Rahmanullah Gurbaz, the opener, stole the show for Afghanistan with a dynamic half-century upfront after they were asked to bat. He raced away to an 87, before falling 13 short of what would've been his maiden T20I century. Skipper Asghar Afghan got among the runs too, carrying on his form from the Tests having scored a century, with a fifty to his name - his fourth in T20Is. Together, they took Afghanistan to 198 which turned out to be too much for Zimbabwe. With the ball, they were led by their mainstay Rashid Khan, who is not just a star for Afghanistan, but one in T20 cricket, who returned three wickets. But most impressive was Karim Janat who returned 2-14 in his return game, having last played in 2017. It capped off a spectacular all-round game for them which will aid in their preparation for the upcoming T20 World Cup in October. Zimbabwe haven't qualified for the T20 World Cup due to administrative reasons given that their board was suspended when the Qualifier was taking place. They also are not coming into the game with a record to boast of having lost their last five T20Is. Against Afghanistan in particular, they've lost nine of their last 10. Much comes down to their over-dependency on the experienced Sean Williams and Sikander Raza. But for them, game time is helpful to the advancement of their game, awaiting to host Pakistan next month at home where they will play two Tests and three T20Is. That said, for now, their focus will be on trying to level the series after conceding the series opener. They've lost each of their last five T20Is, including nine of the last 10 against Afghanistan. What: Afghanistan vs Zimbabwe, 3nd T20I, Saturday, March 20, 2021, 2:00 pm local Where: Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi What to expect: Afghanistan are high on confidence, and they're quite accustomed to be playing in the searing heat of the UAE. The maximum temperature will reach 31 degrees. Team news: Afghanistan: Afghanistan may be tempted to ring in some changes, bringing in personnel from the five who had their arrival delayed. However, they may not want to tweak a winning combination, giving the guys in the XI another go. Probable XI: Rahmanullah Gurbaz (wk), Karim Janat, Usman Ghani, Hashmatullah Shahidi, Asghar Afghan (c), Najibullah Zadran, Mohammad Nabi, Rashid Khan, Amir Hamza, Naveen-ul-Haq, Fareed Malik Zimbabwe: Zimbabwe may also go in with the same side, unlikely to make any changes. Probable XI: Tarisai Musakanda, Tinashe Kamunhukamwe, Sean Williams (c), Wesley Madhevere, Sikandar Raza, Richmond Mutumbami (wk), Ryan Burl, Donald Tiripano, Brandon Mavuta, Blessing Muzarabani, Richard Ngarava #AFGvsZIM #LiveCricketScore #AfghanistanVsZimbabweā ******************************************************************** Our Social Media Links Website https://www.ithaltrust.orgā YouTube https://www.youtube.com/c/Ithal_Trust https://www.youtube.com/c/Ithal_Live Instagram https://www.instagram.com/ithaltrust/ā Android Application https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Ithal Facebook https://www.facebook.com/iithaltrust/ā Facebook Ithal Helpline https://m.me/iithaltrust/ā Twitter https://twitter.com/ithaltrust/ā Share chat https://b.sharechat.com/OU1VfjVSU2/ ********************************************************************* Disclaimer: Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
