In theory, the riders have a chance to correct where they previously went wrong, and makeup time on tracks that they're now more accustomed to. But the weather is against them! Thunderstorms affected the pro stage, forcing riders to adapt to new conditions immediately for their race run, and more rain has fallen overnight making the exposed tracks more difficult to ride than last time. Congratulations to Melanie Pugin who forged herself a sizeable gap to take her seasons first win and to Jack Moir who took the debut win of his EWS career after constant improvement in his results. Sadly, the Intracoastal turned out to be brackish; thus, it wasn't as productive as we expected it to be.
