HOW TO BREAK 75 WITH ONLY 240 YARDS OFF THE TEE
Lee Jones is a SCRATCH AMATEUR GOLFER with an official HANDICAP index of +0.3 in this episode he shows us simple easy GOLF TIPS including where to tee off to give the best angle using a FADE or a DRAW to help lower your scores. When to play safe or lay up taking your medicine. Lee quotes Golfmates LEGEND O.M.P traffic light system - when to play safe, aim for the middle of the green & when to attack the flag. KEEPING CALM - How to make par, accept the bogie & make the odd Birdie but always aiming to keep doubles of the scorecard. How to read putts & aim for the dustbin lid around the hole - THE CIRCLE OF FRIENDSHIP. The goal is for Lee to break 75 playing safe, stress free Golf, using professional course management strategy. The video was filmed at Chorlton Cum Hardy Golf Club after a long lay off playing along side Liam Harrison who’s GOLF BALL you’ll see on occasions in the video. Course conditions were very tough with long fairways with limited roll-out. The course is playing much longer yardages than normal. The rough is up & the greens are still recovering from a wet winter, there is no raking of bunkers with LOCAL RULES in place allowing lift & place in the sand. Lee’s Taylor Made M5 DRIVER distance is around 230-240 yards at the moment & he's a consistent ball striker with a smooth swing tempo.
