Without him anchoring the defense, Minnesota had a clear path to the basket all night, scoring 50 points in the paint. Anthony Edwards was the best player on the floor with 36 points on 59% shooting and 6 rebounds, completely in command in the fourth quarter where Minnesota outscored SAS 34-25. Dylan Harper kept the Spurs alive with 24 points on 73% shooting but it wasn’t enough. Castle added 20.
