Enjoying The "Now" Of The Vancouver Canucks & Not Taking This Team For Granted (NHL News & Rumours)

Get started with amazing custom hockey jersey bulk orders today at Jerseys Made Easy: https://jerseysmadeeasy.com/pages/custom-hockey-jerseys?ref_code=legorocks99 With how the Vancouver Canucks have been playing thus far throughout the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs, against both the Minnesota Wild and the St. Louis Blues, I wanted to make a commentary on how, despite the fact that the "future" is where we see this team heading towards the majority of this group's success, the "now" is still something we should still soak in and enjoy. With the long term implications of contracts like Loui Eriksson's, Jay Beagle's, Antoine Roussel's, and the further expirations of guys like Brandon Sutter, Alex Edler, Thatcher Demko, Elias Pettersson, and Quinn Hughes, there's a certain charm to me with how this team is assembled today, since its ephemeral nature is getting more apparent day by day. The 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs are involving sixteen teams, which are the Boston Bruins, Tampa Bay Lightning, Washington Capitals, Philadelphia Flyers, Montreal Canadiens, Carolina Hurricanes, New York Islanders, and Columbus Blue Jackets in the East, and the Colorado Avalanche, St. Louis Blues, Vegas Golden Knights, Vancouver Canucks, Calgary Flames, Chicago Blackhawks, Arizona Coyotes, and Dallas Stars in the West. The matchups are currently the Canucks VS Blues, Flames VS Stars, Avalanche VS Coyotes, Blackhawks VS Golden Knights, Blue Jackets VS Lightning, Habs VS Flyers, Bruins VS Hurricanes, and Islanders VS Capitals. The eliminated teams of the 2020 NHL Playoffs from the qualifying play-in series are the Edmonton Oilers, Winnipeg Jets, Nashville Predators, Minnesota Wild, Pittsburgh Penguins, New York Rangers, Toronto Maple Leafs, and the Florida Panthers. Elias Pettersson was one of the top NHL prospects at the 2017 NHL Entry Draft. The 2017 NHL Entry Draft saw many top NHL prospects get selected by a variety of teams. The first round of the draft went as follows: 1st - New Jersey Devils, Nico Hischier 2nd - Philadelphia Flyers, Nolan Patrick 3rd - Dallas Stars, Miro Heiskanen 4th - Colorado Avalanche, Cale Makar 5th - Vancouver Canucks, Elias Pettersson 6th - Vegas Golden Knights, Cody Glass 7th - New York Rangers (from Arizona Coyotes), Lias Andersson 8th - Buffalo Sabres, Casey Mittelstadt 9th - Detroit Red Wings, Michael Rasmussen 10th - Florida Panthers, Owen Tippett 11th - Los Angeles Kings, Gabriel Vilardi 12th - Carolina Hurricanes, Martin Necas 13th - Vegas Golden Knights (from Winnipeg Jets), Nick Suzuki 14th - Tampa Bay Lightning, Callan Foote 15th - Vegas Golden Knights (from New York Islanders), Erik Brannstrom 16th - Calgary Flames, Juuso Valimaki 17th - Toronto Maple Leafs, Timothy Liljegren 18th - Boston Bruins, Urho Vaakanainen 19th - San Jose Sharks, Josh Norris 20th - St. Louis Blues, Robert Thomas 21st - New York Rangers, Filip Chytil 22nd - Edmonton Oilers, Kailer Yamamoto 23rd - Arizona Coyotes (from Minnesota Wild), Pierre-Olivier Joseph 24th - Winnipeg Jets (from Columbus Blue Jackets via Vegas Golden Knights), Kristian Vesalainen 25th - Montreal Canadiens, Ryan Poehling 26th - Dallas Stars (from Chicago Blackhawks), Jake Oettinger 27th - Philadelphia Flyers (from Washington Capitals via St. Louis Blues), Morgan Frost 28th - Ottawa Senators, Shane Bowers 29th - Chicago Blackhawks (from Anaheim Ducks via Dallas Stars), Henri Jokiharju 30th - Nashville Predators, Eeli Tolvanen 31st - St. Louis Blues (from Pittsburgh Penguins), Klim Kostin Twitter: @LR99Gaming Portfolio: http://giopalermo.ca/ Twitch: legorocks99 Hi. TYLER TOFFOLI IS LEGIT - OVERTIME WINNER VS MONTREAL CANADIENS (CANUCKS VS HABS RECAP + NEWS, NHL)
TYLER TOFFOLI IS LEGIT - OVERTIME WINNER VS MONTREAL CANADIENS (CANUCKS VS HABS RECAP + NEWS, NHL)

The Vancouver Canucks have defeated the Montreal Canadiens 4-3 in overtime, in a very wild and crazy game that ended up testing my fandom pretty hard. This game was a battle between two fiery teams, and certainly had me screaming both ways. Paul Byron kicks things off, followed by Shea Weber. Jordan Weal then gets the final marker for the Habs, as the Canucks respond with Bo Horvat, Alex Edler, Jake Virtanen, and eventually Tyler Toffoli in overtime. Thatcher Demko is the man who beats Carey Price in this one, as the Habs outshot the Canucks. Quinn Hughes had his moments, and so did Max Domi. However, the biggest thing I learned today is that the line of Elias Pettersson, J.T. Miller, and Tyler Toffoli is absolutely legit.
