Buddy Boeheim led all scorers, and the Orange, with 29 points, including making 6 of 10 shots from 3-point range. Marek Dolezaj added 18 points,6 rebounds and 4 assists for Syracuse in the win. Trey Wertz led the Irish in scoring with 17 points in the game.

Notre Dame came out hot and built a 20-point lead before Buddy Boeheim and the Orange re-grouped in the second half for the win. The Irish shot 54% as they built the first-half lead, but the Orange defense held Notre Dame to just 32% shooting in the second half as they rallied for the win. The Syracuse Orange defeated the Virginia Tech Hokies, 78-60, in ACC Men’s Basketball action. Quincy Guerrier led the Orange with 20 points and added 9 rebounds. Marek Dolezaj added 18 points and 6 rebounds, and Alan Griffin scored 15 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in the win. Nahiem Alleyne led the way for the Hokies with 20 points.

The Syracuse Orange beat the Georgetown Hoyas, 74-69, in a matchup of former Big East Rivals. The Orange were led by Buddy Boeheim’s 21 points. Joseph Girard III added 18 points and 8 assists, Quincy Guerrier had 12 points and 9 rebounds, and Marek Dolezaj also pitched in 9 rebounds and had 11 points. Georgetown was led by Jamorko Pickett’s 17 points and 9 rebound effort, and Jahvon Blair who had 16 points and 10 assists in the loss.
