MIZZOU UPSETS FLORIDA IN OT
Today on November 20th, 2021, the Missouri Tigers took on the Florida Gators at home in Faurot Field. Going into the game, the tigers were projected to lose by 9. Towards the end of the game, almost always automatic kicker Harrison Mevis missed the would be game winning field goal that ended up sending the game into overtime. Florida scored and kicked their extra point. On Missouri's overtime drive, Heisman Hopeful Tyler Badie ran it in for the touchdown. Next instead of kicking the extra point, Coach Drinkwitz wanted to end the game here. On a fading pass into the endzone by Missouri Quarterback Conner Bazelak, Tight End Daniel Parker Jr. caught the two point conversion ending the game 24-23. With the win, the Missouri Tigers are now officially bowl eligible at 6-5 currently. Sorry for not posting in such a long time, been extremely busy with school and work.
