With 48 needed off the last six overs in a chase of 169, MI were in cruise mode before the Titans gave them a jolt as they ended up with 162/9. The SRH effort against Kolkata Knight Riders was even more remarkable. They were chasing a mammoth 209, reduced to 111/4 after 14, and needed 60 in the last four overs. Heinrich Klaasen and Shahbaz Ahmed reignited the hopes and even brought it down to 7 off 5 before Harshit Rana came up with the silencing act. So to address the question mentioned at the top, the best way to do that from a cricketing perspective would be to quickly pick up a win. MI have a slight edge, having won their last two encounters against SRH, including chasing down a target of 201 rather comfortably in Hyderabad. That loss was one of six defeats SRH suffered at home in the previous season and they will be keen to remedy that and start on the right note in their first home match in this edition. क्या भुवनेश्वर कुमार के साथ BCCI ने की नाइंसाफ़ी 😳#shorts #bcci #youtubeshorts by #arvindarora Is Bhuvneshwar Kumar's cricket career over? It seems so! Bhuvneshwar Kumar is the only Indian bowler who had dismissed Sachin Tendulkar on zero in domestic cricket. But today the same Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been treated very badly. As if his cricket career has been ruined! Bhuvi is the only bowler who has not bowled a single no-ball in T20 cricket, and even more so in International One Day. He is also the only Indian bowler to take a wicket in the very first ball in his debut match. But despite so many achievements, today Bhuvneshwar Kumar did not get a place in the World Cup, Asia Cup, and even in the Asian Games, due to which today he has to play in the UP T20 league. It is said that the year 2018 After his injury, Bhuvi was given a chance to play in very few matches, and still BCCI does not want to give him a chance, because BCCI wants to give chances to new players. ✅ INSTAGRAM : @arvind.aroraj ✅ FACEBOOK PAGE : A2 motivation Arvind Arora ✅ TWITTER : @ArorajArvind ✅Arvind Arora Show Instagram : @thearvindarora.show Please Note :- Some of the pics and footages are not real and not related to content and only used for related visualization purposes. A 22-yard (20-meter) pitch has a wicket at each end, two bails balanced on three stumps. The batting side scores runs by striking the ball bowled at the wicket with the bat (and running between the wickets). In contrast, the bowling and fielding side tries to prevent this (by preventing the ball from leaving the field and getting the ball to either wicket) and dismiss each batter (so they are "out"). Means of dismissal include bowling when the ball hits the stumps and dislodges the bails. The innings ended when ten batters were dismissed, and the teams swapped roles. The game is adjudicated by two umpires, aided by a third umpire and match referee in international matches. Forms of cricket range from Twenty20, with each team batting for a single inning of 20 overs, to Test matches played over five days. Traditionally, cricketers play in an all-white kit, but they wear club or team colors in limited-overs cricket. In addition to the basic equipment, some players wear protective gear to prevent injury caused by the ball. It wasn't too long ago that Rajasthan Royals were riding high at the top of the table looking like the team to beat. But with just one win in the last five matches their campaign is in danger of going off the rails. Their latest defeat at the hands of table-toppers. Gujarat Titans was a real low point and they will be desperate to bounce back quickly. Speaking of low points Sunrisers have had plenty of them this season and are in a situation where every game is a must-win contest if they are to dream of making the playoffs. So it's two teams who need a win very badly today. Samson finishes it off in style as Rajasthan Royals post a mammoth total on the board. RR have put 214/2 at the end of their allotted 20 overs and it was the top three batters who did the bulk of the job for the home side. Earlier in the evening Rajasthan Royals won the toss and decided to bat first. Yashasvi Jaiswal again gave the team a flying start and his partner in crime Jos Buttler was very watchful during the partnership of 54 runs. Jaiswal (35 off 18) was out in the 5th over as Marco Jansen used his height effectively. Then Sanju Samson joined hands with Buttler and scored briskly. Both added 138 runs for the second wicket and kept SRH bowlers at bay. After a string of low scores the English wicket-keeper batter announced himself back and hammered 10 fours and 4 sixes in his knock of 95 from 59 balls. He was trapped infront by Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the penultimate over and made sure that Jos the Boss didn't get to the three figures. Samson was unbeaten at 66 off 38 balls which included 4 fours and 5 sixes helping the side go well past the magical 200-run mark. Shimron Hetmyer was not out at the other end scoring 7 off 5 balls. Sunrisers' bowlers didn't have a great day at the office and were on the receiving end of the big partnership between Samson and Buttler. There is some turn on offer and it is not that easy for a new batter. The chase will be a trickier one for the visiting Hyderabad side. Sunrisers Hyderabad (Playing XI): Abhishek Sharma Rahul Tripathi Aiden Markram(c) Heinrich Klaasen(w) Glenn Phillips Abdul Samad Marco Jansen Vivrant Sharma Mayank Markande Bhuvneshwar Kumar T Natarajan. Sunrisers Hyderabad Subs: Harry Brook Anmolpreet Singh Mayank Dagar Nitish Reddy Sanvir Singh. Rajasthan Royals (Playing XI): Yashasvi Jaiswal Jos Buttler Sanju Samson(w/c) Joe Root Dhruv Jurel Shimron Hetmyer Ravichandran Ashwin Murugan Ashwin Sandeep Sharma Kuldip Yadav Yuzvendra Chahal. Rajasthan Royals Subs: Devdutt Padikkal Adam Zampa Riyan Parag Jason Holder Obed McCoy. Jos Buttler (Rajasthan Royals): "Yeah I think I always want to start fast and get the strike rate up have not been feeling it in the last few games took a little bit of time to feel myself in. I think that's something I've learnt to soak up the pressure sometimes and catch up later the younger version of myself always wanted to hit it out of the park and I still want to but the experience helps. He is batting well throughout the season and getting off to fast starts and I'm able to sometimes tuck in behind him he's been batting that well" Audio Content Disclaimer For This Content This is self-created content and not copied content. The match will be played at the iconic Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata on Saturday 29th April at 3:30 PM IST. Team Preview Kolkata Knight Riders: have played eight matches in the tournament so far. They have managed to win three of these matches and are currently at number seven in the points table. After a relatively good start in the tournament KKR lost their way as they lost four matches on the bounce. But they have returned back to winning ways with a victory against RCB in the last match. The 'Purple Army' will be looking to ride on the winning momentum that they have and win against GT on their home turf picking up two valuable points. Mentionable in the last meeting with GT Rinku Singh pulled off an improbable heist for the team hitting five sixes in the last over to take them across the line. Nitish Rana and company will be keen to repeat the antics in this match also. Team Preview Gujarat Titans: The defending champions have been consistent in their campaign this year. They have played seven matches in the tournament and managed to win five. Currently they are at number two in the points table and will be looking to maintain their position in the top half of the table with a win in this match. Hardik Pandya and his men will be mindful of the way they lost the match this time. They will try and avoid any late slip in this match and pick up two important points. In their last match against Mumbai Indians the Titans practically batted their opponents out of the match. They posted a stellar total of 207 runs on the board while batting first and then restricted the five-time champions to 152 for 9 in 20 overs. They will look to maintain this momentum and pick up another win on the bounce. Kolkata Knight Riders Shardul Thakur bowled an extended spell and also batted during practice before the game in Bengaluru but did not play the game as he was still recovering from a niggle. and is likely to replace Vaibhav Arora unless KKR opt to leave out Umesh who has been bagged only one wicket and has an economy of close to 10. Tactics & match-ups: Shardul could prove an effective option against Shubman Gill having dismissed him twice and conceding only 36 runs off 32 balls against the GT opener. Narine has dismissed Wriddhiman Saha four times and could be used early by KKR when they are bowling. Gujarat Titans: The Hardik Pandya-led team are likely to stick to the same combination that won them the last two matches. Tactics & match-ups: Andre Russell averages only 3.67 against Rashid Khan with a strike rate of 61.11 and has been dismissed three times by the Afghanistan legspinner. GT are likely to focus on this match-up and turn to Pandya who has dismissed Nitish Rana twice. Did you know: Hardik Pandya has scored 366 runs in 11 innings against KKR averaging 61 with a strike rate of 173.46. He has also picked up 11 wickets against them at an average of 14.45 with an economy of 6.91. Sunil Narine has bowled 1442 dot deliveries in the IPL. He needs 11 more to overtake R Ashwin who is currently in the second spot. Bhuvneshwar Kumar (1473) has bowled the most number of dot balls. What to expect: As many as four 200-plus totals have been scored in only six innings at the Eden Gardens so far with 222 being the average first innings total. The team batting first has won each of the three matches but those were all evening games and it remains to be seen if the conditions differ for the afternoon match. The home team will look to get their campaign back on track while the away side will be desperate for their second win of the season. A poor delivery and rightly punished! Washington Sundar darts this full and down the leg side David Warner goes down and sweeps it over short fine leg for a boundary. Hyderabad have suffered from inconsistency so far. They have had some good moments here and there but haven't managed to get the best out of all the departments at the same time. Aiden Markram will be hoping that his boys put their best foot forward in this one. Harry Brook will be looking to add to his tally of runs but he will need support from others and they need to avoid losing wickets in clumps. They have a good bowling attack with the raw pace of Umran Malik and the swing of Marco Jansen and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Delhi on the other hand finally managed to get their first win of the season in their last game but they almost made a mess of it in the end. However the win should give them a bit more confidence to express themselves on the field. David Warner has consistently scored runs for them without getting any support except from Axar Patel who has been their best all-round player. They will need a lot more from Mitchell Marsh and Prithvi Shaw while Anrich Nortje has been decent in the bowling department along with Kuldeep Yadav. Bhuvneshwar Kumar draws first blood! Salt goes back for a golden duck. Kumar lands this on a hard length and around off shaping away sharply Philip Salt looks to guide it towards third man but only manages to get a thin outside edge towards the keeper where Heinrich Klaasen pouches it safely. There is a muted appeal for the catch as nobody is sure but up goes the finger and the Hyderabad players are delighted. Delhi lose their first wicket! Marsh greets Marco Jansen with a boundary! Jansen begins with a full delivery on leg Marsh stays there and flicks it over mid-wicket for a boundary. Two in two! This is full again but on the pads Marsh glances it towards the fine leg fence for another boundary. Up and over! Jansen lands this on a good length and around off Mitchell Marsh strides forward a bit and slices it over point for the third boundary of the over. Shot of the match so far! Marco Jansen serves this full and on off Mitchell Marsh leans on to his drive and creams it through covers for four more runs. Marsh is finding the middle of the bat here! Believe it or not this is the first six for Warner in this season! Sundar floats this up full and around middle and leg David Warner goes down on his knees again and slog-sweeps it way over the deep square leg fence for a biggie. T Natarajan serves this full and on middle Mitchell Marsh goes for the big drive but his bat turns in his hands when he connects. However luckily for him the ball goes in the air and wide of mid on for a boundary. T Natarajan strikes! He gets the big man Mitchell Marsh! This is a really good review from Hyderabad. T Natarajan bowls this on a good length around middle and leg nips away a bit Mitchell Marsh looks to work it away but misses and gets hit on the pads. There is a huge appeal for LBW but turned down as it looks like pitching down the leg side. However UltraEdge shows that no bat involved and Ball Tracking indicates three reds. Hyderabad players starts celebrating but Marsh will have make that long walk back after a good cameo. Audio Content Disclaimer For This Content This is self-created content and not copied content.
